The room on the fifth floor has a toilet and a shower room. You can see the lake. The morning light is great. If you go to the lake, you can see the snow-capped mountains. The view of the snow-capped mountains and the lake is amazing. The breakfast is decent. There is an open-air bath environment that is like being in a forest. There are a lot of parking spaces. If you drive by yourself, there is a Kozenji Temple nearby. You must go and take a look. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom when I went there. All in all, I would like to visit again.

The room/bath room were not large for a resort hotel. English communication was not easy at the reception.

Although the facilities are old, the hotel is small and relaxing. There is also a small pond near the hotel, which is perfect for a walk. Although there was no snow this time, it was winter and cold, but we walked for about an hour, soaked our cold bodies in a hot spring, and ate a delicious buffet. The steaks grilled in the open kitchen are especially delicious. The apple pork in a salted pot is also delicious because it's a special selection. The quality of the spring water at Hayataro Onsen is soft and gentle on the skin. The bath is both an indoor bath and an open-air bath with a view of the trees in the forest, but it is quiet and relaxing. It would be nice if the changing rooms had more amenities and cosmetics.

It took about 15 minutes from Komagane Station and cost about 2000 yen. The guests of this hotel are middle-aged and elderly people who can climb mountains because the Komagatake Ropeway is nearby. The front desk is very friendly. If you want to see the sunrise, take 211 to 227 or 311 to 327. If you want to see the mountains, take the opposite side. The room is a little dark. There are lights provided, but they are dim. There is no mineral water. The room is spacious and comfortable. There are no convenience stores nearby, so it is better to buy them at a convenience store near the station and take them to the hotel. There are flying squirrels around the hotel. There is a nest box in a tree very close to the open-air bath outside the men's large bath, and they sometimes popped their heads out of the holes in the nest box. Flying squirrel observation and stargazing! There is a nature event enjoyment plan from around 6:30, so if you are staying at this hotel, it is better to participate. There are various options in the morning, and they also make omelets. I wish they would provide paper cups of coffee so that we can drink in the room. Dinner is buffet style and expensive. I wish they would make it a la carte. Nearby, the Minami Shinshu Beer Tasting Factory (Komagane Farms, 2nd floor) is about a 10-minute walk away.

The location and a**osphere are very good. It's truly a resort. Best of all, the buffet is the most delicious. I stayed for two nights this time, and apart from the standard menu, both days were different and I enjoyed them. The customer service was good and I felt enriched. We also recommend flying squirrel tours and starry sky walks.

Overall it is highly rated. I think the buffet is worth the price. (However, it is a hotel fee.) I don't have any complaints about the service as I expected it to be at the level of a business hotel, but during my 3-day stay, I encountered two groups of regulars (or those staying in higher-ranking rooms) checking in and out, and the staff's response and... I felt a disparity in the number of people involved in the response. From the hotel's perspective, I think the best solution for hospitality management is to make the regulars feel different, so I can't really say... The location is quite good for people heading to Senjojiki Cirque. The bus stop is one stop before the Suganodai Bus Center, so you don't have to wait in line. The temporary bus may stop or start at Suganodai Bus Center, but it takes less than 10 minutes on foot, so you can flexibly respond to the situation on the spot.

It has a good impression with a quiet location and good access. The downsides were that the air conditioning could not be controlled in each room, the shower curtain in the bath smelled a little, and the room was at the back so there was no view. Other than the location, the good thing about the hot spring was that it had a great a**osphere.During the day of the week, there weren't many customers, so I was able to have the dark public bath all to myself, and it was like a scene from a movie.
