The location is good, just 200 meters from the subway station and only about 500 meters from the New York Stock Exchange.

Overall average! The room is small! Very noisy at night!

The hotel facilities are very old and the experience is not very good. The bed was small and the sheets were old. There was no cleaning for four consecutive days in front, and it was cleaned after many reminders. There are seven floors in total, and I am woken up by the pumping truck downstairs at 5 o'clock in the morning every day. The shower head hurts. The only good thing is the breakfast and service attitude. The app is also very bad, and the price will be raised after searching. I have stayed in hotels countless times, and I have this kind of experience for more than 300 US dollars every night. Expressed helplessness.

The extreme friendliness of the team breakfast was amazing. Room was spotless and a gorgeous view. The front desk assisted, and Printing request. They also gave wonderful directions.

Second time in nyc, the most amazing staff ever, friendly and helpful, awesome breakfast with a coffee station 24 hours, the only thing was the thermostat of the room, the heater wasn’t working when we arrived and after that it was throwing hot air all the time, the location is amazing after 4-5 pm the streets are very calm without that crowd like time square or those areas, 1-2 blocks to subway lines

The staff was very friendly. The location is great and accessible to many things by walking or hopping on the subway. Great restaurants in close by walking distance.

Staff was excellent! So kind and helpful! Market across street is convenient for grabbing food. A little far for Times square activities but perfect for Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, downtown, Brooklyn.

Staff was helpful and friendly and always willing to answer any questions or concerns. Parking at the hotel is too far away.

The staff is great. But - The fourth floor smells awful. The building is in need of a desperate upgrade. The bathroom door is frosted glass so in the night it lights up the entire room. And our lock would not lock. Some simple maintenance could fix these things.

Property has no parking !!! Thats the filter ı used !!! No parking at all and it still shows the sign of parking !!ı feel tricked
