Iberostar Grand Paraíso Reviews

This is our third time at Iberostar Grand Paraiso and we love it more and more with every visit. Everything from the airport transportation (we used USA Transfer) to the check-in, entertainment, staff, service, food selection and quality to checkout is simply 5 star all around.

This is the finest and best run resort/hotel I’ve ever been to! Exceptional staff everywhere.

Pristine property! Everything from the rooms to the restaurants, pool and the beach was exceptionally clean and beautiful! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and pampered. Love the Japanese restaurant and the buffets were delicious! Can’t wait to visit this resort again!

Best vacation ever. The resort was amazing and far exceeded my expectations. Would recommend it to everyone. Can’t wait to go back.

Exceptionally nice staff. They go out of their way to insure a first class experience. Facilities are all very well maintained. Food was very good with lots of options.

Food was excellent. Facilities were top notch. Only complaint I would have is that when we checked in the sit down restaurant availability was very limited. The buffet is incredible though.

I loved my stay at the grand. They go beyond in treating you with the best service. It was relaxing , fun and beautiful i cant wait to go back.

This property was the most beautifully decorated and clean I’ve ever seen. Reminded me of a Vegas hotel. Staff was always there to help in any way. Food was wonderful.

Loved this resort. Everything is grand- thought we were in Las Vegas. We have stayed at numerous VIP resorts in past so the only thing I can complain about is the lack of little things butlers usually do for us...example- run a bath, bring appetizers. The butlers were good for reserving restaurants but thats it basically. Cleanest resort we have ever been to and all staff were amazing!!

One of the nicest all inclusive adults only places we have stayed at in Mexico for the money. High service staff really enjoyed the stay!

Recommended. Excellent indoor/spa pool. Excellent food choices.

The property was beautiful and the staff was wonderful but I ended up with food poisoning after being there for 3 days and spent the rest of my vacation in bed sick.
