Hotel is great. Front desk customer service top notch just the housekeeping department needs work on.

I can only say that dt in Miami is cost-effective, but you get what you get for every penny. First: the cleanliness is extremely poor, and I have committed cleanliness. Second: the front desk obviously saw that it was a Chinese who checked in and said the room was not ready and must be added. The money was upgraded to two bedrooms.... I have two people on my side and told me that both rooms are king size. When I checked in, I found that the small room was a queen bed. I am speechless and will never stay again.

SLS LUX is located in a great area downtown Miami. So many great shops and restaurants made it super easy and convenient for us while we were there.

LOVED everything about our staycation at the SLS Lux. The SLS Lux is one of the nicer hotels my husband and I have stayed at, and we've been to many. First, the decor is beautiful and modern euro/retro. The staff is all welcoing. We stayed in a king bed studio, and it was enormous - had a full dining area, kitchenette, living/seating area. SO clean. The service was impeccable. It's located right in the heart of Brickell City Center, it's literally next to all of it. There is TONS of dining and shopping, all within walking distance. All the restaurants we went to had amazing food. It is also only a couple blocks from a metro mover station so you can get around to downtown, Bayside, etc. If I had to nitpick at something, the spa inside the hotel was smaller, but also beautiful and clean and had a great massage. Overall, it was a little bit of a splurge, but we would definitely stay here again!

Rooms are big and the balconies are great. My room even had a washer and dryer.

Very clean rooms, highly functional for a long stay, staff is attentive and proximity to excellent food and shopping was perfect.

The hotel is in the perfect spot for a night out in Brickell. The room was spacious and well-appointed.

very noisy on a tuesday night the nightclub was banging until 3am and also the breakfast restuarant opens at 9am - clearly this is a place for party people

The hotel is in a fantastic location, the rooms are also very nice and large. I wish there were more amenities as the pool and bar upstairs were not really that exciting. I was hoping for a more luxurious experience for the price.

Beautiful hotel. Our room was lovely and huge! Staff was super. Only issue was the restaurant. Ordered breakfast at the pool but it never showed up. Had to go elsewhere to eat. Everything else was great.

Great rooms. In room safe not easy to find. No instructions from check in staff as i checked in after midnight due to a delayed flight. Very clean. Friendly and helpful front desk staff and valet. No in hotel dining except for the pool bar and very limited lobby seating. Well located in the heart of Brickell. Well appointed mini- bar and our unit had a sink, dishwasher in it.

So this was my fiancé is an i two year anniversary. This was really last minute and I was looking for hotels to stay at and we came across a sls lux and it was really fascinating because it was also apartments which my fiancé liked a lot. We came in after driving Four hours from Jacksonville and there was a lot going on, but our receptionist treated us very nicely she make sure we were taking care of. It was a little problem with the computers we overcame .She was so kind and the other ladies were too. The room was absolutely beautiful. The balcony was probably the most relaxing and beautiful views went up to the rooftop pool. It was all right. We didn’t really come to go to the pool, but overall Miami was great and staying at this hotel was the crème de la crème

Last minute booking, surpassed our expectations- will be back in the near future!

Mario was a wonderful manager. Despite some hiccups, he rectified our concerns. Only negative is the club in the hotel- Gekko. Extremely loud pumping music if you stay on lower floors. If that’s your thing, then you might find this a plus!
