We didn't initially book this hotel but after prolonged issues with the hotel we had booked (Marianna Hotel- avoid at all costs) we found ourselves here for the remaining 5 days of our holiday.The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, we were given a room in the annex and it was amazing, There was room for a 4 and equipped with everything we needed.The pool area is likely very and clearly very well looked after. There is a lovely pool bar which does fantastic gyros. If we go back to Tigaki then we will definitely stay here.

I very rarely ever visit a place or hotel twice but this was my second visit to this beautiful hotel this year, May and September. I loved every aspect of the place. Room clean, quiet and spacious with lovely patio. Breakfast great choice and pool and pool bar excellent with plenty of choice at great prices. Sun beds comfy and always available. Short stroll to bars, shops and bus stop into KOS town. I travel solo and this place is safe, relaxing and so welcoming I am booked again for June 2024. Give it a try you will love it. x

Excellent 2 week stay in September 23. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Pool and pool bar great. Food was very good. Lady behind bar was very nice. Had an issue with the air con, they tried to fix it but couldn't so swapped our room. Breakfast was decent, not sure what some people expect. We were in main block and had a lovely pool/mountain view as well as salt lake. Shower was over the bath and quite tight, but it was manageable. Great location, nice and quiet but near everything. No complaints at all

Really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The pool is big!!! The pool bar gyros is lovely. The lady who hires the bikes at front of hotel is lovely. The rooms were basic but clean and my bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a bit repetitive but I found my fav items and stuck with them

We have just returned from a week at this amazing hotel we have stayed in tingaki a few times but the location of this hotel was the best also the pool was amazing always plenty of sun beds and a lovely pool bar the grounds were immaculate and everyone who worked there were amazing we would not hesitate to return thank you for a lovely holiday

We had a great stay here. Rooms were fine and very well serviced by the lovely Renata. When 2 of our family were poorly, she was so kind in giving us extra bin bags etc and asking after them when we saw here. The pool area was very calm and relaxing with comfortable sunbeds and always plenty available. Pool bar prices were very reasonable too serving great food. The breakfast was more than adequate with a choice of indoor or outdoor dining. The grounds of the hotel were immaculate and very well maintained. The hotel was a short walk from the main street and beach but it was in a lovely quiet location. During 10 days we only heard noise from a local hotels entertainment program on 2 occasions and this did not go on until late so was not an issue. Will definitely come back to Tigaki and this hotel. It made for a great holiday!

I sent an email to the hotel requesting a room on an upper floor with a sea facing view. They responded very quickly stating that they would do their best to accommodate our needs - we were not disappointed. Our room was side on to the view of the lake front & back. From the front there was an amazing view of the sunset. Absolutely perfect! The room was a generous size with our beds being pushed together to almost make a double, but very comfy & (something hardly get in Greece) soft pillows, again amazing! The cleaners were in every day emptying the bins, giving a general tidy & I don’t think we’ve ever had so many clean towels & bedding! Also something unheard of - no additional cost for air con & loo rolls provided! The pool is beautiful, clean & not freezing, plenty of sun beds to go around. Everyone was pleasant, most guests appeared to be German & kept themselves to themselves. Breakfast was plentiful & always being replenished. All continental style, some hot food but nice selection. There is an open terrace area to have breakfast as well as the indoor dining. A great stay, could say so much more Thank you to all for a great stay

Lovely large quiet pool with adequate sun loungers. Beautiful little church on grounds. Free air con clean rooms. Safe deposit box avail at €25 euros per week. friendly staff. Breakfast is as you would expect. Continental alongside eggs bacon and sausage

Lovely warm greeting on arrival. We had emailed ahead to request a double bed as we co sleep with our youngest, and also about a kettle. Reception remembered both requests and acknowledged before I even mentioned full email. Room was clean and well presented. Room 106 - Double bed and a single bed in the room, lovely little balcony. Wall hairdryer and air conditioner which is free. Mosquito nets on bathrooms window and patio door not that we have encountered any. The room is at the front of hotel but don’t let that put you off it is very peaceful. The only times there is noise is from suitcases being wheeled about. Didn’t hear next door. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Continental breakfast options including hot selection of bacon, sausage and either omelette or fried eggs. Pool area is perfect, good size pool with a small children’s pool attached. Plenty of beds with umbrellas. Pool bar has a good selection of meals. Burgers are delicious and very tasty. Location is perfect as in easy walk to main ***** and also the beach. You get a view of the Salt Lake too.

Another fantastic visit to this lovely hotel. We had a room in block 2 overlooking the salt lake and very quiet. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The pool is great and lovely comfortable sun beds. The pool bar is good with lovely home cooked food. Our eighth year visiting and we will be back next year.

We’re here now, everything has been fabulous, air con in the room is great, which is free, lovely and quiet hotel with a real family feel, all the staff are very nice, welcoming and very helpful, breakfast is fine, does the job, hotel is very clean, 5 minute walk to the nearest bars and restaurants, my only gripe would be the size of the shower but hey ho you’re only in there 5 minutes, very surprised when we arrived we had been given a room with a sea view, very impressed, pool bar is great, they make the best chicken gyros and chocolate and banana waffles, spent everyday upto yet at the pool as we’re in the middle of a heatwave and it’s too hot to walk out, definitely book again for next year when the prices come out, still got 2 days left of our holiday but wish we’d been able to book longer

My husband and I were looking for a quiet hotel with no entertainment/loud music and we decided to book this hotel for 13 nights. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a very disappointing experience. I emailed the hotel months in advance to ask for a quiet room on an upper floor. On arrival, we were given a musty/mouldy smelling room in the main hotel building on the first floor facing the car park at the front of the hotel (despite booking a room with a garden view). The room was located above the reception/breakfast room area and it was extremely noisy at all times. In the early morning we could hear tables and chairs being dragged around, there was constant banging of doors during the day/night and there was very loud music coming from the hotel opposite until late at night. After two sleepless days/nights, I asked the receptionist for a quieter room as it was impossible to rest. She was very rude and reluctantly gave us a different room in block 4. I was horrified when she initially told me that I should move to a different hotel if I wasn’t happy. The new room was quieter during the day but loud music from the hotel opposite could still be heard at night (block 4 is on the same side as the main hotel building) so we were never able to rest properly. The room was always extremely hot and the air-con struggled to cool it down. The shower was very small and awkward to use and it constantly flooded the bathroom. Also, there was often a very bad smell (like septic tank/manure) around the pool area and in the gardens. The breakfast area was chaotic and smelled of cigarettes inside and outside as people were allowed to smoke on the terrace. The breakfast was very basic, repetitive and of poor quality. Overall, our stay at this hotel was very uncomfortable and it ruined our holiday. Whilst I understand that special requests cannot be guaranteed, I feel that being given the opposite to what I kindly asked for and being treated with disrespect could have been avoided. This hotel felt more like a B&B than a 3-star. It was a huge drop in quality compared to previous hotels we have stayed at in Greece.

This is the first stay at this hotel. Overall, it’s not bad. Staff are friendly and helpful rooms are cleaned every day. Beds are comfy. There is a pool bar which is expensive and a huge swimming pool we had bed and breakfast and 14 breakfast is a European style cold meats et cetera. However, I was able to make some bacon butties in the morning seems to be a mixture of all nationalities are on the last few days it became overrun with Germans would I go back yes
