Excellent hotel and resort. From the minute we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at the high standard of the hotel and room. We had a swim up room with our own terrace right beside the pool. The room was very clean and everything worked. I basically couldn't find any faults. The grounds were beautiful and the swimming pools immaculate. Pool temperature was perfect for me as I'm a competent swimmer. But for a non swimmer it would be a little cool in early May. (Perhaps having just one of the many great pools heated for the colder months would be perfect). As part of an all inclusive package the restaurants and food options were great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had lovely breakfast, lunch and dinners (food could be slightly hotter at times). Our only issue was one of the dedicated (booked restaurants) Mediterranean a la carte restaurant. It took 2.5 hours to finally get the main course and it just wasn't a good experience (had to go to normal main restaurant to eat as we were that hungry). The other booked a la carte restaurant we went to was the Italian restaurant and it was fabulous. Overall it was a great pleasure staying there. One of the best hotels on Kos. Definitely worth a stay. Well done Utopia Blue!

I stayed with my wife and my 3 children for 10 days and it was wonderful. the rooms are very beautiful and each room has its own swimming pool but we almost always stayed in the main swimming pool where after leaving the children at the kidsclub we always did activities thanks to the hotel's entertainment team. In the evening there is babydans where the children always had fun and every evening there was a different show with games, dancing or singing evenings and the truly fantastic Michael Jackson show. Truly an unforgettable holiday.

The entertaintment was really friendly! They are really good and lovely peoples! The staff was absolutely fine! The place is awesome! My kid was really happy becaulse of the kid’s club and the kid’s show too! The night shows was really really good !! I recommend this hotel becaulse of the entertaintment and the place!

Me and my family visited the hotel in the first week of June. We had a wonderful time, this was the best hotel we have ever been to. My kids enjoyed playing at the main pool and the treasure hunt in the kids club was just so funny and intense at the same time. The entertainment team was extremely helpful and the night shows were breathtaking. Thank you so much for the hotel and to the entertainment team!!! We definitely will be back soon💖💖

We have just returned from two weeks at this lovely hotel. We enjoyed it just as much if not more than last year. We had a swim up room in the adult area near to reception which was lovely and quiet. The rooms aren't enormous but big emough for two. with plenty of wardrobe space and a decent sized bathroom. Always plenty of hot water. One of the main differences from last year was in the restaurants. We found breakfast and dinner to be much more relaxed in the main resturant under the leadership of Paris. He has everything under control and leads by example chipping in with clearing tables etc and always has time for a chat. We noticed a lot more staff this year both in the resturants and in the cleaning staff. The hotel as always was spotless. The food we thought was very good. Always something we liked. If you don't like meat in sauces there's usually a carvery at dinner. We had a joint of roast beef one night, on other nights roast turkey, roast chicken, whole salmon and gammon. I don't understand the comments about fatty meat I never saw any. There are always lots of fresh fruit and vegetables too. The only thing I wasn't keen on were the desserts but that's just me. We went to the lobby bar most nights where the drinks were OK. I tried a few cocktails which are freshly mixed not out of a bottle like some hotels. The supermarket across the road has anything you could ever need and at reasonable prices too, A big thank you to Manos, guest relations manager for his warm welcome and our chats. We are already booked to come back in October and today I've booked for next May/June as there aren't many Adult swim ups available for the dated we wanted

Truly the best hotel we have been to. From start to finish the staff were incredible and the hotel is absolutely perfect. Everything is modern and so clean. When we arrived late they give us a bag of food and drink which was a really nice touch after a long flight. I will be going back definitely. I can’t fault anything with this hotel, really amazing.

Have just arrived home after 14 nights at Utopia Blu. Travelled with husband and 2 daughters aged 4 and 8. We stayed in family room on 1st floor and had a lovely view across the grassed area towards an adults only area. Room was great with girls able to have that separate area. Rooms are not the biggest but more than enough space. Shower only in our room which is fine for older children. Small children's pool was great fun always plenty of beds no matter what time we went, little slides and water play kept both happy enough for hours. The crepe and toasties were a big hit and soo yummy the two girls who worked in there were so friendly. Breakfast and dinner at the main restaurant I am beyond fussy I only eat chicken and I think maybe only 1 or 2 nights I felt limited in options. Salad bar always fresh. Breakfast no complaints. The staff in here work so hard from Maria who greets you to Paris the Maitre'D he made a great fuss of the girls every day and they looked out for him truly great guy. Our usual waiters were Versales and young man Alexandrous couldn't do enough for us and again so friendly. The Meraki bar for lunch and evening again staff here superstars Amr and behind bar Fotis and another young man who knew our order by day 3, we all loved our cocktail Fruit Passions! Main pool was lovely to be around and with the hit weather I could be in it for 2 hours and it was lovely and warm. Never had to reserve a bed we usually had breakfast around 930 and almost all beds were still empty at that time. Now the stars for my girls were the entertainment team they absolutely made the holiday I normally avoid anything like this but by the end of the holiday I was doing all three pool classes every day and it was great fun to listen to the quizzes. The Micheal Jackson show on Saturday night is not to be missed it's great. Some great singers came in as well. My two absolutely adored the kids disco and going to kids club Mia Lorenzo Mzamu and team they were just superb so friendly and welcoming and the girls knew all.the dances by the end of the holiday. The staff absolutely make this hotel the best. Location wise right opposite a supermarket maybe a slow 15 minute stroll with kids the beach down a road full of incredible restaurants and shops. We hired a car to explore the island and used the bus to go into Kos Town. We also went in the al a carte Italian three times absolutely beautiful food up there nice to break up the holiday and ate out three nights twice in Tingaki and once up in Zia. Other than a wish for maybe a little more chicken in an evening and maybe a little more option for build your own salad or sandwich bar for lunch it was pretty much the perfect holiday. We are not people who like to return to same hotels but our children are already begging to come back so hopefully will be a happy returning family soon. Great hotel full of lovely guests who we made some new friends but as I said the whole staff team truly superb. Thank you everyone

Utopia Blu - Kos We have just checked out and are currently sat waiting for our transfer back to the airport, We have travelled to Utopia Blu as a family of 5 (all adults) and have loved every minute in this lovely hotel. The hotel itself and grounds are stunning, really well laid out and accessible for everyone with lifts leading up to the top floors. We all booked adult only swim up rooms with our own sun loungers, perfect being so close to the pool without having to get up early and reserve sunbeds, pre warning to anyone looking at staying here, that does happen. The staff have been amazing in all areas of the hotel, they are always happy and willing to make your holiday go smoothly, reception staff were very welcoming when we arrived, allowing us to go for food before the restaurant closed as we arrived at 9:10pm. After checking in we were driven on carts with our luggage to each of the rooms, the concierge staff happily carried our luggage both into the room and out again when we checked out. The waiting staff at Utopia Blu work really hard, making sure everyone is provided with refreshments throughout the day and during the evening, the Meraki Bar close by to the main pool on the family side of the hotel can become quite busy during the entertainment however no guests have been left without drinks, throughout our stay. During our holiday we met the lovely Rafaelia who was amazing with us, taking and remembering our orders over the 10 days we were visiting Utopia Blu, she was always smiling and willing to go above and beyond for us. Couldn’t fault her or any of the other staff! They have been brilliant! Food at Utopia Blu was unfortunately very samey samey most days but they did offer various themes each night, from Seafood to BBQ. I myself found something to eat each night and I can be a fussy eater. Daytime snacks included Pizza, Fries, Salad, Pasta and Gyros every afternoon at the Meraki Bar and the hotel also provided Toasties and Crepes from the children’s pool snack bar (available for everyone). During our stay we had a lovely meal at the Italian restaurant on site, everything was very simple we booed our evening with the hostess stationed at the main buffet door, you are allowed to have one meal during your stay at each of the A La Carte restaurants, we decided not to visit the Mediterranean restaurant as we though the menu was fairly small, not much choice for our group but would recommend people giving it a try. As a round up we all would agree this hotel is definitely an 8/10 - we have loved every minute of it and would recommend to others.

We had an amazing stay here. Check in was quick and we couldn’t believe our luck when we got upgraded to a junior suite with a hot tub on the balcony! Wow! The maid came every day and was so friendly. A special mention to the amazing bar staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable; Haris, Alexandros, Erind and Konstantinos. The food was really nice and the snack bar at the children’s pool has the best toasties and crepes made by Katerina. We did go into Tigaki a couple of nights for food, there are some really nice restaurants and only a few minutes walk away. The pools are really clean but the only fault is that if you aren’t sunbathing by the pool in your block of rooms, then there are no toilets anywhere apart from in the middle of the resort at the snack bar. So you literally have to keep popping back to your room, this was a pain on our last day as we had to check out at 11am, so had to keep going to the main reception to use the toilet. A water dispenser would have been useful in the main reception, as the bar doesn’t open until 5pm, we were really thirsty waiting for our transfer, so I had to walk to one of the pool bars to fetch drinks. All on all an amazing stay and we will definitely be back.

Our experience at Utopia Blu was incredible. The room, bar staff, food and facilities were all top notch. The place is nice and well spread out, which means none of the pools or public spaces ever feel too busy. The entertainment team really stood out during our week there. Jerry and his team did an amazing job at keeping all of us (little one included) busy and entertained! From karaoke to sports, quizzes, kids club and dancing, they really know how to make a stay unforgettable. I cannot stress enough how positive of an impact this had on our stay. Thanks to them - we’ll definitely be back!

We came for our honeymoon, first off the hotel is lovely, clean, beautiful hotel. The 2 restaurants on site are the show stopper the food is amazing 5 courses some food we wouldn't normally try but was lovely! Spa is 10/10 main restaurant is OK, breakfast and lunch were our favourite, we are fussy so Monday was fish night not good for us. We did eat out at asian wok 5 mins walk towards beach which was nice. And went to zia which the hotel arranged a taxi for us. Entertainment is good different every night. Staff are lovely but slow service at peak times. Amr was the best server by far! Supermarket is literally outside which is great, beach is 10 mins walk with lots of shops on the way down and restaurants. Great holiday all round. We have kids so wouldn't come as a family as I think my kids would be bored but as 2 adults it was a lovely break! Recommend highly

Amazing holiday! Literally can't fault the hotel. Most chilled hotel I've been to abroad! Super modern and beautiful well kept grounds in a great location. We stayed in a junior suite with a jacuzzi (which was a lovely addition) Lovely food and lots of chpice! The staff work so hard to keep guests happy, shout out to Alex and Fotis who looked after us throughout our stay! Lots of banter! The entertainment team are all fabulous and so talented. We loved the Michael Jackson show. Jerry and Jen are amazing vocalists and Msamo is a great dancer. Lorenzo, Mia and the rest of the team put so much passion and energy in to the daytime and evening entertainment and have made our holiday super enjoyable. We will definitely be looking to return next year :) Thank you Utopia Blu!

We were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience from the food, the entertainment team to the room. We haven't seen this level of hospitality in any other hotel. Utopia Blu has given us an amazing honeymoon and we will be returning for sure.

The greatest hotel I have ever been to!!! The food is tasty, the show was amazing. I mean everything is incredible and amazing, I hope to get back here as soon as possible. Love the people here and cocktails it feels like they have a alcohol in them
