We stayed at this hotel for five nights in a Junior suite overlooking the golf course and enjoyed each and every day. Both golf courses are challenging, and the staff at the golf course are friendly and helpful. Lunch is served every day until 3 p.m. with a selection of the day menu, which is excellent value and good quality. Dinner is served from 7 pm and again is lovely. The choice of wines at the hotel is incredible, and they are all from the local region, so try a different bottle or two every day. Finally, I would like to say a big thank you to all the restaurant and golf staff, especially Crystal, who was always very helpful. Thank you, team Accor.

Great resort hotel. This hotel has th most comfortable bed in the world. The food and service are great. The hotel is way out the city and the only way you get there is by car or taxi

Very nice hotel situated on the golf course. We had a deluxe room on ground floor overlooking the golf course. Very nice and clean room including the bathroom. Very convenient with direct access to the golf restaurant located on the first floor with a large terrace overlooking the golf course. OK indoor pool with doors to a very small and not so nice area with only a few sun loungers. We had 30 C and would have loved to lay by the pool for an hour or two but this is not very inviting which is a shame. Otherwise nice hotel and restaurant.

Wife and another couple on a trip through Bordeaux celebrating our wedding anniversaries stopped by for a morning of golf. The staff were great and the restaurant food and facilities super.. Can't say enough good things. The members or guests on the other hand were absolutely horrendous. We were waiting to tee off on 10 with the team in front at 200m from the tee (we had Bushnell range finders) when the team from behind us starting yelling at us (I don't mean asking in an elevated voice but yelling) as to why we had not teed off. Where we come from safety is important and especially given we were playing this course for the first time so didn't think we deserved a dressing down. Played the round in 3h45 m

I have no idea why my previous review has disappeared. I have had no notification or objection. In short, this place is miles from civilisation in the form of any reasonable taxi, middle of nowhere and no use for anyone who isn’t driving

Hotel is understated and modern looking. Rooms were good apart from our air con not cool enough. My wife enjoyed some great spa treatments. Played a Chateau course and it was very challenging and enjoyable. Staff very friendly the bar and restaurant were good with great views over the course

You might think that a hotel less than 20km from a major city centre might be easily accessed. When I booked, I planned to hire a car. Unfortunately, I broke my foot 5 weeks before my stay. Hire care not an option. Taxis are of massively limited availability - and Uber isn’t interested - so factor in at least 80 Euro each way for your visit to Bordeaux or even for a 10 minute trip to a nearby Chateau. That’s not a fault of the taxi drivers - who take the Mickey - but of the hotel for not having any shuttle services.

Parcours de Golf de très bonne qualité , vu les prix des Gf et compte tenu que maintenant ( sur les châteaux ) on a l’impression de jouer à côté d’une autoroute ( beaucoup de bruit ) ce parcours perd énormément de son charme … cette déviation qui va vers le médoc porte un sérieux préjudice au confort qu’il y avait avant … c’est fort dommage car le parcours en lui même est d’excellente qualité …. Mais on va y réfléchir à deux fois avant d’acheter un Gf …

Impression mitigée en effet puisque cet hôtel ne donne pas l'impression d'avoir intégré les enfants accompagnant les parents - ce n'est pas un sofa qui se transforme en lit, mais un rajout de lit rendant les chambres assez étroites ; lors de la réservation, la 1/2 pension n'incluait pas l'enfant. Ajoutons à cela un courriel confirmant la réservation d'un soin spa qui, malheureusement, n'avait pas été réservé... bref un goût d'inachevé et c'est bien dommage. Nous attendions certainement trop de cette gamme d'hôtel, plus habitués à mercure ou novotel, il n'y a pas eu effet ouahou... loin de là. Petit-déjeuner copieux et diversifié, mais attention aux retardataires, il est indiqué un service jusque 10h30, mais dès 10h, celui-ci n'est plus réapprovisionné, encore une fois, dommage Bon restaurant, plats équilibrés, respect des cuissons

Première expérience dans ce bel hôtel situé au bord d’un golf. Ambiance calme et verdoyante. La suite est impeccable (lit King size, sofa, salle de bain avec douche et baignoire, de grands placards et une TV rotative…). Possibilité de remplir des carafes d’eau plate et pétillante au bout du couloir (pratique RSE…). Concernant la literie, c est vrai que le sur-matelas est très épais. Il faut plusieurs nuits pour s’adapter. La restauration est de bonne qualité mais le service est très lent, impression que le chef lance les cuissons une fois que les entrées ont été débarrassées donc bien prévoir 20/25mn d attente entre chaque plat. Point d attention lorsque vous prenez la demi pension, comme nous, les entrées à partager ainsi que les huîtres ne sont pas comprises dedans. Ce point devrait être + clair en le précisant sur la carte. SPA testé avec un soin visage d’une heure : « super et trop court » selon madame…

Accueil au bar du barmaid très froid. Très énervé et débordé. Il remballe les clients sans fioritures. Il devrait changer de métier car franchement il dessert la cause. Quarante minutes d’attente pour un sandwich 🥙. Un client demande un carnet et un stylo pour prendre une commande de boissons et le barmaid lui dit sur un ton désabusé: cinq minutes s’il vous plaît ! Tu prends ta commande, tu sers ta commande et en plus tu te fais rembarrer.

Hôtel dans la tradition des années 90 mais bien rénové, installé au calme au milieu du golf du Médoc. Espaces communs spacieux et dégageant un certain charme. Chambre à la décoration contemporaine et design, avec lit king size très confortable. Mini bar et machine à café à disposition dans la chambre, carafe avec eau disponible dans les couloirs sous forme de fontaine (eau plate ou gazeuse). Beaucoup de rangements dans la chambre sous forme de commodes ou placards (peignoir + chaussons à disposition). salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et avec produits bio sous forme solide.
