Hasna Palace

Overall, our stay in the hotel was good. The location is just near to Ao Nang beach and market.

The only clean item in the room was the bedsheets. There was a beetle in the room, the furniture was old, and the room had an unpleasant smell. Location is almost a 30-minute walk from the beach. Since I was very sick during my stay, I didn’t have the energy to move hotels, but the conditions were not comfortable. Guests were slamming doors late at night and shouting in the corridor, making it hard to sleep. Early check-in wasn’t possible. The only positive was the kettle in the room. Unfortunately, I don’t recommend this hotel.

Location is good very near the Ao Nang beach. Bedrooms are a bit old but nonetheless still okay.

- Very good location of this hotel. 1,5 km from Ao Nang beach, which is a walking distance (takes approximately 20 minutes) - The street of this hotel is full of restaurants and bars, which is very convenient for breakfast, lunch, dinner. - There are tourist companies everywhere on the hotel street, as well as 7/11 just near the hotel - The hotel was able to provide us with a room right away, eventhough we arrived a little early (before check in time) - We had a nice room with a huge terrace and the view of the mountains - cleaning was so efficient. The room could be cleaned every day, if you left "make my room" tag outside the door. But otherwise the cleaning provided bottles of water and toilet paper on a daily basis. This was very nice customer service - There is a nice pool with warm water in the hotel territory. It's a very nice place to relax after a day tour or to spend the day there.

We had such a fantastic stay at Hasna Palace! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like family. They were all incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip. The room itself was spacious, super clean, and had a lovely little balcony where we could relax. The air conditioning was a lifesaver after a hot day exploring! One of the highlights was the amazing on-site restaurant and the proximity to other local halal food spots, which was a huge plus for us. The location is great, tucked away enough to be peaceful but still an easy walk or quick tuk-tuk ride to the main Ao Nang beach and all the shops and restaurants. Seriously, for the price, you can't beat the value and genuine hospitality here. Highly, highly recommend Hasna Palace to anyone visiting Krabi! We'll definitely be back!
