Great location and facility for a trip in Krakow.
Easy to walk everywhere
The breakfast starts from 7 am and I got lunch box as my tour started very early.
The lunch box had a variety of food like two sandwiches, dessert(denish or macaron), fruit, orange juice and water.
Very good quality as well.
Staffs are very friendly and accommodate.

The hotel is very conveniently situated in the old town within walking distance to major attractions. It is really old-style with high ceilings, wide staircases and lots of gold and well-polished brass. The crew is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large and quiet.

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms excellent, staff polite and friendly. Style of hotel impressive. Location fantastic, only approx 200 yards from Krakow main square and city centre. Will definitely be returning here for our next visit. Thank you, Tony and Clare

This hotel is amazing. Comfortable beds, staff amazing and friendly. Brilliant location. Nice quiet hotel. Deco outstanding. Went with my daughter and had a room each with a fully equipped mini bar which was great. Lift not needed as it was lovely to walk using the stairs. I was on the 3rd floor.

Excellent choice in Krakow, close to main Square and local attractions. Hotel is very famous and recently refreshed. Breakfast is great, with plenty choose from. Bistro Restaurant also brings high quality, food was excellent and good quality.

Excellent service, staff friendly and helpful. Lovely room very spacious, nice bathroom, quiet at night. Food good, no English breakfast, but we expected this. Good choice of menu, nevertheless. Evening meals in restaurant were good, small bar but adequate. Central position in the City. Very pleased that we chose this hotel.

Stayed at this prestigious hotel 5 years ago and just couldn't fault it. Stay again recently to find out it has been taken over. If it better??? In one word, no. The luxury is still the same, the staff are very pleasant and helpful but... It's lost its, well, specialness. Everything seemed slightly false. It appears to be trying to hard. Gone is the feeling of doing the normal things very well to having the feeling of trying to be too exclusive. Breakfast was, nouveau cuisine ish. There is no bar to talk off, supposedly being upgraded (which had been going on according to other reviews for well over a month!!!!) and replaced by a small excuse at the end of the dining room. Don't get me wrong, it's still a wonderful place to stay. The location is superb. The decor wonderful. Just not what it was, in my opinion.

What an enchanting experience at Hotel Francuski's restaurant! Dagmara not only catered to our culinary cravings but also sprinkled some extra magic on my daughter's special needs during our Birthday dinner. Her service was as delightful as the cuisine. Kudos to the entire team for making our celebration truly extraordinary!
