Booked this last minute for one night. The entrance and the stairwell, although grand were very run down and as you climb the three flights (virtually in darkness) its quite alarming when you see all the building work going on at the top of this building! The actual apartment was clean and modern, and a lot of money has been spent.. however it is VERY small even for a couple. There is a window in apartment 1.. unfortunately it opens onto a building project. So there is no real feel of natural air or light. To top it all off, the builders started at 8.30am, so not very relaxing. The agents were prompt in answering the phone and accessibility was easy enough, with the use of door codes etc.. although not very personal. Good price but we definitely won't be returning - although we still love Krakow!

Absolutely rejected. The only positive note is the location but there are many better facilities in the same location in Krakow. Apartment located on the third floor (stairs only) with wooden stairs which would have been nice had they not been covered in dust and dirt due to work on the top floor. Our apartment, for which we had been sent a code, consisted of two rooms, one of which was ours... with the same code as the front door. I wonder if the other room also had the same code... well... The apartment was tiny with a very small kitchenette and no windows so it was also a little smelly due to the poor air exchange. Ok for students. The cost for what it offers is high and for Krakow standards you can certainly find better. I wouldn't go back
