We were a family and chose the two bedroom apartment because it seemed simple and comfortable. Unfortunately, it is very bare bones and lacking hospitality services. The only way to contact someone with questions was through email. There was no soap in the shower and we had to buy more toilet paper. We stayed 4 nights and asked for a clean set of towels a few nights into our stay, but were told we had to pay for clean towels.
Our reservation made through ********** said it included breakfast, but we were informed later on by the apartment that it was actually not included.

It's unfortunate that I have to make such a statement as the apartment was nice, but I was then denied my deposit. I stayed there for over a month and had paid a hefty deposit. AT the end of the stay, the owner made up reasons to keep the money by saying that the deposit was to pay for cleaning, laundry (and why did I use all the towels?), and for damage that I absolutely did not cause. It was obvious to me that she really didn't want to pay it back.
