Очень понравился отель, всё соответствует описанию на сайте, номера чистые и комфортные. Мягкий и чистый ковролин, ребёнок с удовольствием ползал) Удобное наличие кулера с водой в коридоре, в котором тоже всегда чисто и аккуратная дорожка. Передвигаться приятно в комфортных лифтах. Хотелось бы отметить администраторов на ресепшене, всегда отзывчивые, готовы помочь!!без просьбы о помощи помогли выносить коляску!

Слушайте ну отель не стоит свои 4 звёзды. Я вчера оказался случайным свидетелем разборок горничных этого отеля и как я понял и просто не хотели платить деньги за проделанную работу, мне просто интересно как отель может быть достоин четырёх звёзд если даже рабочим не хочет платить, видел как со слезами на глазах уходила одна девушка , ну это по моему по-человечески, не мог оставить это просто так поэтому и написал

Проводили обучение сотрудников, орендовали конференц зал. Очень просторный, чистый, есть все необходимое для проведения деловых мероприятий. Всё очень понравилось. Кухня тоже очень вкусная. Сотрудники приветливые. Рекомендую всем.

26-27 июня 2023 года на территории отеля «ФОРУМ ПЛАЗА» (г. Краснодар) мы проводили научно-практическую конференцию с большим количеством участников со всего края. На наш взгляд, мероприятие прошло на высоком организационном уровне. Большая благодарность всем без исключения членам команды отеля «ФОРУМ ПЛАЗА», задействованным в обеспечении проведения конференции. Высокий профессионализм, знание дела на всех участках этого производства, а главное – человеческое участие, желание и готовность быть рядом в непростой (вдруг сложившейся) ситуации, знаете, сегодня, к сожалению, это большая редкость. А они этими качествами обладают в полной мере.
