Trip Inn Hotel Krefeld Reviews

Everything was ok, the breakfast room was very dark, so I skipped breakfast. The bed for the single is much too narrow. I don't need a 140 bed, but when I turned over I was worried about falling out of bed. Why so narrow in a big room and what a strange bed, like a camping lounger???

Acceptable, near the train station, old hotel and in poor condition, smell of pipes, very friendly breakfast staff.

on 10/27/2022 I booked 1 single room in the hotel from 11/12/2022 to 11/13/2022. and yes, I took the price without cancellation or rebooking. on November 4th, 2022 I had an accident. So I couldn't start my trip to Krefeld. Consultation with Trip Inn revealed that I could not expect a refund. I had hoped for an accommodating arrangement - unfortunately no. So I can't give a positive rating.

booked here twice because of location. stayed both times for about 7 days. The service is very rude. when you ask them if they washed the floor (because you see they didn't) they look at you like at a piece of sh*t and then they come and clean "one more time" in 1 mop entire room. very dirty. bad cleaning. 1 bucket of water for the entire hotel to wash. VERY VERY unpolite service.

Top hotel

Very dirty room, dirty bathroom, hair in the bathtub and in the drain. No disposable soaps, shampoos, etc. A strange smell lingers in the hotel corridors. The lack of qualified staff is a downfall in this industry. On a scale of 1 to 10 ? -2.
