The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. We have also missed a pair of glasses and the team has been responsible for sending it back to us !

Great location with free parking. Friendly, efficient staff and the room was clean and comfortable. Decent WiFi and TV had several English speaking channels. Only tiny quibble was the hairdryer which wouldn't have been able to blow out a candle (first world problems and not worth dropping a star!).

Very good, will come next time, the environment is good, the facilities are full, let colleagues help to book in advance, thank the colleague, let us start without worry, foreign hotels are very different from us, not many people, Very casual, that is, the work is busy, or else I want to live for a few more days. The hotel offers spacious rooms with minimalistic design, superb services and friendly staff. The hotel is usually busy, so popular. We indulged in the foods and drinks offered by the nice restaurant and enjoyed a spacious room with all tailored amenities. Any issue can be addressed with their responsive staff!

We have stayed in Gent many times as we have family nearby. I can honestly say this was one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in. We arrived late so was given an access code to enter and our key was waiting for us. Gorgeous room despite being across from the railway track we didn’t hear a thing. We visited the honesty bar/snacks which was nice for a nightcap. We would most definitely 💯 stay here again. Thank you 😊

Located literally just off the motorway next to the fuel station, don’t let that put you off, it’s more than far enough away to not even be aware of it The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The restaurant is lovely - welcoming and relaxed. The food is very good and the breakfast is just awesome. Only slight grumble for us was the noise from the motorway (if your room is facing that way of course). It’s not an issue if you don’t have the sliding patio window open but it’s nice to sit on the balcony in the summer, yes there is a good sized balcony on all the room facing the motorway. There is plenty of free parking at the hotel too, which is a bonus. Not sure if the rear facing rooms have balconies too, but if so, would be ideal as they overlook woodlands Staff are very friendly and helpful The hotel is great value too - at least it was when we booked it a few months in advance

We have booked a suite for 2 nights. It is much more dressed up room since we have used it few years ago - shortly after its opening, it has pictures, shelves and other decorative items making it look more homely in modern scando style. It is very spacious and clean and mini fridge had complimentary drinks. Windows open, we did not use aircon. I liked that it was switched off upon arrival. Temperature was comfortable, not too warm or cold. Bathroom is superb with softest bathrobes I have ever had! They even add Rituals toiletries. Parking is free in front of the hotel but not gated. As gold member I got little handwritten card with three chocolates in the room and 2 drink vouchers which I had to chase. We chose coffee which was very well presented and large glass of wine which was good quality. When I requested late checkout by just 1 hour, they wanted to charge me extra - I had to remind them it is part of my membership privilege… What prevents me from giving it 5 stars is that they have not prepared sofa bed for our teenager- although reservation was for 3 people and I reminded them in extra requests section. When you arrive on Fri at midnight last thing you want to do is to chase it. In the middle of first night, suddenly TV has switched on by itself which woke us all up! Not sure if it was some sort of stupid alarm setup or what but they should reset settings before new guests check in! Overall I would return for quality of suite accommodation.

Heel erg goed hotel zowel geschikt voor de moderne zakenman als de toerist die Waregem aandoet. Mooie moderne kamers met alle nodige comfort. Gezien het hotel binnen het zakengedeelte van de stad ligt is de keuze van de kamer niet belangrijk. Het uitzicht is hoe dan ook niet de moeite. Super ontbijt echter .... In het weekend wordt het ook opengesteld voor mensen die niet in het hotel verblijven en die het dus zien als uitgebreide brunch. Dus soms is het rustig ontwaken bij een tas koffie en al dat lekkers er niet bij. Maar lekker blijft het wel. Dus, het jeugdig enthousiasme van de meegebrachte kinderen nemen we er dan maar bij.

For myself a little nostalgia ... as a child I have always spent in the Flemish Ardennes during the holidays. Therefore come a little home. That welcome home feeling was very warmly filled in this b&b. Lus is doing everything to get her customers in a friendly and worthy manner. The room is very comfortable and has a nice spaghetti eaten from the room service card and a nice wide breakfast as a cake cream. Here we have enjoyed a huge amount of the garden after our bike trip. We are absolutely full of praise ... no doubt, we should be happy to praise ourselves that we had to discover this place with a fine history!

Nette schone kamer. Google Cast werkte niet, ook niet na krijgen van wachtwoord internet. Parkeren 19,- is best prijzig. Medewerkers bij inchecken erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt, tja…chaos! Te veel mensen, te weinig eten omwille van personele problemen. Medewerkers kwamen kennelijk niet opdagen. Manager leek wel of het zijn eerste dag in de Horeca. Er was totaal geen organisatie. Zonde van dit mooie hotel (aan de binnenkant). Gasten waren terecht aan het klagen. Ik zou er gerust nogmaals verblijven, maar ontbijt moet beter evenals een keuken die open is. Het is best bijzonder dat een bar en keuken dicht is omwille van vrije dagen van personeel. TIP: huur zelfstandige in via Young Ones. Als die niet op komen dagen hebben ze een probleem en het zijn mensen die willen.
