Checked in late at night, and the process was handled efficiently. It's within walking distance to Pavilion and the Twin Towers, and there were plenty of places to eat for our anniversary.

This was the last stop on our Malaysia-Singapore trip, and the handsome guy at the front desk gave us a complete upgrade (an executive balcony two-bedroom suite). The hotel management was very meticulous, and the service was impeccable. Big thumbs up! 😍 Thanks for the room upgrade and the friendly, good service from the front desk staff. Excellent hotel! 👍

Reception staff are same as mylast stay,, nice and friendly .. however compared to my last stay i notice the room was not much maintained their cleanliness.. pillow was brown in middle for unknow reason.. curtain next to bed had some wierd stain.. besides that its one of the best hotels around there.

We had a comfortable stay at Ramada Suites by Wyndham Kuala Lumpur City Centre. The location was excellent, with easy access to Bukit Bintang, food streets, shopping malls, and public transport. This hotel is always my top choice whenever I visit KL, whether for business or leisure. The location is strategic, and it offers a beautiful view of KL, especially at night. The service is excellent, but this time... THE AIR CONDITIONING WASN'T COLD. Maybe it's too centralized. It averaged 23-27°C, which didn't cool the room down. I hope they make some changes. MALAYSIA IS A TROPICAL COUNTRY!
