very nice and aesthetic hotel easy and fast response when i made a mistake and need to reschedule date of booking nice breakfast until 5pm they also give complimentary snack i love every detail at this hotel the garden the pool the lobby the parking very helpful and kind staff the amenities are complete the aircond are conditioning n water pressure are very powered room and toilet are absolutely stunning and 💯clean very comfortable bed i love everyting about this hotel might be comeback

I would say this hotel is value for money if you are not a light sleeper and do not mind the noise from the motorcyclists racing and revving outside the establishment at midnight. When I checked into the hotel, the shower gel and shampoo were not topped up. When I called the front desk, I was met with a rude response. Instead of apologising, I was met with a very frustrated front desk lady who later placed small bottles of the Aesop amenities at my front door. To me, it signals that the hotel is stingy with their amenities - and if they’re afraid of guests taking more than they should due to the cost, perhaps they should offer a cheaper alternative. I stayed for three nights and was not given sufficient bottles of water - and the bathrobes were not replaced with new ones during house cleaning. On the good side - the breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed the interiors of the hotel. Overall, it was value for money if you are hardly in the hotel room - but if you intend to rest and relax in the rooms or the pools, there are better and more affordable alternatives in KL.

My stay ay Kloe hotel is always been nice and relaxing. My only complaint this time is the green mow on the windows is really a little unsightly. Also, the shampoo and shower chow wasn’t enough. It was finished quickly. And sadly, most of the TV channels cannot be seen Wi-Fi in the room is also pretty lack.🥺

It's very pretty design and concept accomodation not just the typical bed and toilet style as others. And very helpful and friendly staff too.

Excellent stay! All the staffs are super welcoming! We enjoyed throughout stay!

Strategic location. Check in was smooth. However there were a few hiccups during the stay. Such as another guest able to access our room because the front desk gave them the same room number as us (with a valid access card). Upon returning back to our room after dinner, we were unable to enter since our access card seems to be deactivated. Besides that, noise cancellation was poor. Traffic noises from outside road was loud throughout the night (our room was at 5th floor). We are also able to hear some noises in the middle of the night from the corridor.
