Hotel location is very good. Walking distance to Petronas tower. They should have a lobby for guest while waiting for the room.

Overall my stay in this apartment had fulfilled my minimum expectation, in terms of location & facilities, I’m quite happy with it. In term of service I’m disappointed. I waited for more than an hr to check into my room. The person in charge collected 200 RM deposit on my first day of my stay, but yet to get the refund till now. I hope the person in charge will do the refund soon.

1) narrow parking area 2) For car to exit from the building to main road was locked. Poor signboard as this mislead driver to drive the wrong way. 3) Unable to access to swimming pool level. 4) No hangar in all room cupboards! 5) No dishes tray and sponge to wash dishes 6) House entrance door has no door lock from inside. Felt very insecure when guests r asleep. We hv to lock our own bedroom before goin to sleep. 7) Utensils were so ugly. It seems like dog bowls. 8) Toilet has no water bidet. 9)Poor TV sound system,gt cracky sounds

Please refrain from booking this property. It has a lot of red flags. 1. They will not answer your queries via Whatsapp or e-mail prior to the checking in day. The only OK thing is they will answer your call, I called on the checkin day because I needed to know the checkin procedure, they answered but very limited info were given. 2. The room and the stay itself is OK. Plus the location is very good. This might be the only pros of this place. 3. There is an extra deposit of RM200 for the room and parking charge of RM20 per day. They will ask you to bankin when you collect the key cards. This info is not mentioned in the hotel information, and since they tell this right before you take the key card, you somehow could not avoid it. 4. They will give instructions to return the key cards by asking you to send videos. They say they will only refund after they got the key cards and check the room. This is ok, it's common for homestay operator to do this. 5. Here comes the most dissapointing part from my experience, I was accused of taking out a TV/android box from the room. When I argued saying such item never existed in the first place, they said they have proof that the item was there before but never send the proof to me. I ask them to check back, they questioned why I didn't tell them the item was not there in the first place. When I check there is not mentioned anywhere either in the listing or in the messages they send to me during checking in. How could I know there's such thing in the first place. Basically, having a TV/android box in a homestay is not a common thing here. Sometimes if the homestay are equipped with netflix or any paid tv service, they will spell it out in their listing. So how should I know there is a TV/android box in the first place. Usually I will ask for WiFi, that's it. If there's a WiFi, we can access all those paid TV service from our own appliances, no TV/android box is needed. In the end, they never refunded my deposit and not a single explaination let alone an apology was offered. This is my first time having this kind of experience. It is very dissappointing and I just hope no other people have to experience the same.

Check in way too long. Room condition not good at all. Towel is dirty ( got dirty stains on it ) Extra charge @ 50RM for early check in Room is small .. Hard to find food around that area except that it near to KLCC Not suitable for family with small kids or elderly Overall : under my expectation

This is not a hotel! This is a residence. You have to have security of the condo call for an agent to get you their card for their apartment!!! So unexpected and deceitful. We expected it to be a hotel. Waited an hour outside with luggage for this “agent” l to arrive and demand a 400.00 ringgit deposit for their access card. Because it is nit a hitel, he wanted cash. He said he could not help my child and I and to get my money I paid in advance back from **********!!! Utter nightmare, my child and I were outside until 3:00 AM in a foreign country speaking and chatting with **********!!!!! I then paid fir another accommodation and had to contact hotels. Com for four days before I got my money back! Utter nightmare! DO NOT STaY HERE!!! SCAM

In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. There was no reception or a proper person to ask about it.

Overall dissapointed. The available PAID parking is not connected to the apartment in which you have to walk out to the main road then up the slope to get to the lobby. No instruction given from the owner and we have to wait more than 30min under the sun to get our key from an agent. Only one key card was provided although we rented a 3 room apartment which means only 1 group of people can go out at one time as the card was required to use the lift. All the chairs at the dining table was wobbly and some even broken which is dangerous and not comfortable to sit. The bed sheets has some weird stains on it, not sure how long it was not cleaned. The water heater takes time to get warm for a shower. Other than the bad condition above the location is very strategic, all rooms were air conditioned and the toilet is clean. Basically I would not go back again.

Warning SCAM: I was unable to check in because security clearly prohibited me from entering, telling me that it was not a hotel and that I should contact my agent. I left a message for the host who never responded to the message and never left any instructions. I found myself having to find a new hotel on my own
