The room facing the main road is full of traffic, so noisy all night that I can't sleep. I can't live!

Dirty without end, no order and cleanliness. See pictures... We canceled immediately after check-in and the rude people didn't give our money back, which we paid via Trip.com.... See very, very bad experience ..... Never again

The hotel is good in terms of location. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not sufficient. The staff was eager to help. I can say that the best part is the spa part. You should definitely try it.

I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING IN THIS HOTEL I WII NEVER STAY IN IT AND I ADVISE EVERY BODY TO WATCH IT VERY POOR CUSTOMER SWERVICE VERY NOISY STREET I DID NOT GET MORE THE ONE TO TWO HOURS OF SLEEP EVERY NIGHT BECAUSE OF THE NOISE I WAS DENIED CHANGE THE ROOM TO THR OTHER SIDE OF THE BELDING
