房間挺大的，衞生方面還可以，重點説一下位置，我們住頂樓窗外很空曠視野很好沒有遮擋，馬路對面是鐵路線路有高鐵和普通火車兩條鐵路線，火車聲音是有的但是可以接受，早上會有警報聲一直響，對聲音敏感的慎重。不過帶小朋友的開心死了，趴在窗户上看了一早上火車開來開去。對五一假期來説這個房間大小，價格確實低廉，服務也可以，停車也方便

距離高鐵火車比較近，晚上會有噪音較大。周邊有施工，進出需要繞行，路況有點複雜。停車比較方便，距離高鐵站很近
