My husband and I stayed for 3 nights on a half board basis, the breakfast and dinner were truly exquisite. Everything super fresh and the raw materials excellent. After our excursions we took advantage of the swimming pool and wellness area, truly a gem! The family that runs this hotel transmits passion for this work. The rooms are spacious and super clean. The hotel is warm and welcoming and you can feel the whole history of this family inside this hotel.

When you enter this hotel you have the impression of entering a fairy tale! Location and spaces very well looked after and full of details. You get lost observing and admiring all the decorations there and the style used. Marvelous! The restaurant is excellent, typical food cooked to perfection and with very generous portions. The spa is very relaxing and what can we say about the outside... even in the garden it feels like being in a fairy tale... gazebos and flowers everywhere! This place is truly a gem! We will definitely be back! Compliments!!

In Cavareno for a family reunion for the Easter holidays. The hotel is located on the western outskirts of the town, a short distance from the first roundabout which you reach coming from Trento; The building is very pretty, with the typical friezes of mountain houses, surrounded by extensive meadows and a wonderful view of the still snow-capped mountains. On the right of the structure, a car park accommodates guests' cars. Inside, a large and articulated lounge, which leads to the welcoming and well-appointed rooms dedicated to breakfast and meals; several sofas and armchairs are scattered within the central room, offering guests places and opportunities for aggregation, meditation, or simple relaxation. The owner gave us a cordial welcome, inviting us to complete the welcome formalities, and giving us the keys to our room, located on the second of the three floors of which the structure is equipped (an elevator is available). The room was sufficiently large, equipped with a comfortable bed, a large wardrobe, a small table with relative seats; a French door gave access to the small terrace overlooking the mountains. Comfortable bathroom, with efficient shower cabin, set of towels, hairdryer, bathroom amenities. The sleep was excellent, although the sound insulation between the rooms did not appear to be so efficient; fortunately, we were able to count on the education of the other guests. Good quality and sufficient variety of breakfast, which offered savory foods (speck, salami, cheese) and sweets (with a wide range of miniature sweets: brioches, krapfen, pain au chocolat, rolls with apricot jam, and numerous others delicacies); there was no shortage of apples from the Val di Non, bread, jams, yoghurt, muesli, as well as drinks (water, orange and apple juices). Hot drinks (coffee, tea, milk, and more) were ordered and brought to the table. Overall, I judge our stay as positive, which offered us a few days of relaxation in a welcoming environment. The town of Cavareno doesn't offer much, while the surroundings allow excursions and invigorating walks, surrounded by meadows, mountains and nature.

Beautiful family-run property, easy to reach. The rooms are delightful as are the shared rooms. Very kind staff. The rooms are very clean and finely furnished. The owners' cat wanders around the hotel and is wonderful, he lets himself be cuddled.

The Alta Val di Non reserved us a very pleasant surprise. The Pink Hotel. During a short weekend with friends, we appreciated this wonderful location. Among a multitude of external roses, this hotel has the advantage of immediately putting you at ease. A warm welcome and attentive and professional presence of all the staff makes you perceive positive sensations. Amply confirmed by the cleanliness, an excellent menu and a complete breakfast. Environments rich in Trentino furnishings with abundant use of wood. Candlelit dinner, friendliness of the owners, wide external panoramas between the Cavareno valley painted by the colors of dawn and of the sunset. The basic rooms, but then the largely complete context of everything prevails. The swimming pool and spa were not used due to lack of time, but at the sight they make an excellent impression and are complete with everything. With much nostalgia we say goodbye to the owners and all the staff, thanking them for their hospitality and professionalism, guaranteeing that it will certainly be a pleasant goodbye next time. Hotel Rosa... in name and in fact, excellent location, friendly and professional staff. We arrived in this small town in the Val di Non and discovered a world of beauty, delicacies and kindness, highly recommended

I spent a night with my mother on a half board basis on 13th September, when we arrived we discovered that there had been a misunderstanding with the room, which they resolved immediately and without any difficulty, however it was my fault I should have made sure when they sent me the reservation confirmation. What can I say, a wonderful structure, truly wonderful furnishings that are warm in style but not sumptuous, combined with splendid chandeliers with special workmanship on the ceiling and wonderful decorated stoves. The hall invites you to sit down, chat and enjoy the environment. Really good restaurant, excellent dishes and spectacular dessert, they served us a superb Catalan cream and very abundant. The breakfast buffet is absolutely noteworthy, lots of choice between sweet and savory, croissants in various flavours, rolls with butter, raisins and cinnamon, super soft tart, yoghurt with fresh fruit and muesli without equal, I loved it, and then juices toasted bread fresh fruit cold cuts cheeses jams, in short, something for all tastes. The rooms are really beautiful and spotlessly clean, the same goes for the bathroom! The only note was the spring mattress, it was the weak point, a shame because it made the night difficult and almost sleepless, perhaps because having slept on a memory foam for years it is difficult to go back to the springs, but those who are used to sleeping on them will find no problem. The structure also has a Spa area which we have not seen given our hit and run but I am sure that it is absolutely in line with the high standard it offers. If I have the opportunity to return to the area it is certainly the place where I will want to return and which I would recommend to everyone. And the staff, what can I say, so kind and caring, it's really a shame they didn't stay a few more days. Highly recommended!

An unforgettable holiday thanks to the welcome, courtesy, excellent food with regional and valley specialties and thanks to a location that has been carefully furnished in the common areas and rooms and is extremely clean. The hotel is equipped with every comfort: from bicycle to gym and swimming pool, to wifi, and is set in a beautiful panorama, allowing you to spend your holiday in a perfect balance between nature and culture (many beautiful castles, walks and nearby lakes). The Owners, Mrs. Rosa, her husband Renzo, their children Alessandro and Anita, whom we greet dearly, are fantastic, capable of anticipating every request and fully satisfying it, thanks to decades of experience and total and daily commitment.
