We have already been to Maho three times this year. The trea**ent is incredibly good for us and we can only recommend everyone to take the trip to the Ayurveda Paradise Maho in Sri Lanka and do something for their health. The journey is worth it to us and we will continue to come at least once a year.

The guest service is very friendly and courteous, the doctors respond to the guests especially after thorough examinations, the therapists were very professional, the buffet food is also very good, the accommodations are changed every day, the towels and layers. Zwei Wochen durfte ich in Maho den wunderschönen Kurort besuchen. Ich hatte einen schönen entspannten Aufenthalt dort und komme gerne wieder. Das Personal ist immer zur Stelle und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Behandlungen wurden auf mich abgestimmt und professionell durchgeführt. Tiefen entspannt und geerdet verließ ich diesen traumhaft schönen Ort, genau das, was ich mir erhofft hatte.

Authentische Panchakarmakur mit sehr guter Betreuung. Herzliches, gut ausgebildetes Personal, legere A**osphäre. Absolut zu empfehlen für Erholung suchende, die keinen High-End-Luxus brauchen. War bereits unser vierter Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.

Für mich war es der erste Ayurveda-Kuraufenthalt. Nach drei Wochen sind alle Gesundheitsparameter deutlich verbessert. Bin total begeistert. Das Personal ist immer aufmerksam und freundlich. Dabei zeichnen sich die Mitarbeiter durch hohe Kompetenz aus. Die Anlage sowie die Zimmer und Bungalows sind sehr gepflegt. Ebenso der botanische Garten. Die 3 Mahlzeiten am Tag sind appetitlich dekoriert und sehr schmackhaft. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Ich werde sicherlich wieder hier buchen.

Dies war mein 3. Aufenthalt im Ayurveda Paradise. Dieses Mal habe ich vier Freundinnen mitgebracht, die zum ersten Mal Ayurveda Anwendungen erlebt haben. Fazit: Begeisterung pur! Erfolgreicher Gewichtsverlust bei der einen, Beweglichkeit zweier Arthrose Finger bei einer anderen, Reduzierung des erhöhten Blutdruckes bei mir. Yoga, Reiki und Meditation boten Gelegenheit zur mentalen Erholung. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, die Ärzte und Therapeuten sind sehr gut ausgebildet. Der Therapiebereich könnte durch einen Austausch der Liegen aufgewertet werden. Bärbel

Es ist ein wunderschöner Ort zum abschalten. Die Behandlungen und Anwendung sind sehr gut und nur zu empfehlen. Ich bin dort hin für 2 Wochen, wegen meinem schweren Rheuma und ich kann nur sagen in so kurzer Zeit haben sie mir schon gut helfen können. Ich schätze auch mal 1-2 Wochen länger und sie hätten so gar noch viel mehr verbessern können als die letzten 9 Jahre die deutsche Schulmedizin an mir versagt hat. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen dort eine Kur zu machen, egal ob wegen einer Krankheit oder einfach mal so zum abschalten aus unserem stressigen Alltag. Man kommt definitiv zur Ruhe und Hautverjüngend ist es definitiv auch😁. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren!

Ich war Anfang 2024 zum 4. Mal in diesem Resort. Es war - nach der viel zu langen Unterbrechung durch die Corona-Pandemie - wie ein nach-Hause-Kommen: schönes Ambiente, gute Ayurvedabehandlung, gutes Essen, nette Therapeuten und Mitarbeiter, sonniges Wetter, nicht zu heiß. Hat wieder alles gepasst!
