Service is average as they only speaks Japanese. It's a shared toilet facility which is not so convenience. Have to go all the way down to 1st floor to bath in the onsen room with the mass public make me a little bit embarrasing. All facilities was quite run-down with poor maintenance. Only good things is the breakfast which is quite localised and yummy.

The hotel is old and smelly, there are mosquitoes in the room, and the sound insulation in the room is very poor! The quilt is older than the quilt from the 1980s, and the heating equipment in the room also has a strong smell!

Hotel form The overall decoration is quite old and the lighting is dim And there are no lifts either, which is very inconvenient. The room quality is pretty good and the overall condition is quite hygienic. But the bathroom environment is quite ordinary. There is a rusty smell from the water level. But the location is good There is a convenience store downstairs and close to the bus station

Very kind lady, spacious rooms perfect location close to the lake. The only downside was the shower water which smelled of rust.
