Very clean, quick service, soft bed. Good coffee, I enjoyed the breakfast for free. A little noisy from 14th but a good deal for the price.

Staff was really helpful! Place was clean and comfortable. Would have no problem staying again... but next time I won't park under a tree full of birds, lol!

If you have any reason to visit Ponca City OK, make sure its not when the local refinery shuts down to do maintenance on their facility. Thousands of contractors come into town from around the country and fill up the hotels. Fairfield Inn jacked up their room prices and I paid $199/nt for a room that had a nasty ring on the floor around the toilet, mold on the shower door, flat pillows and a stain on the comforter. I couldnt get financial compensation from the hotel because I booked thru **********.

Enjoyed our stay. Convenient location. Only one remark. Have experienced better continental breakfast.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms spacious, bed comfortable. Great shower! One negative was there was 4 plugs on bedside table on one side of bed only and NO plugs on other side of bed… odd setup for king room. Breakfast was the usual cereal only and coffee lukewarm.

A/c quit in the middle of the night. No clean washcloths for the next day. Everyone was very friendly

Check-in was pleasant and the room was clean and pleasantly decorated. The bed was very comfortable, too.

The staff was very polite, professional and respectful. The lobby was clean and comfortable for entertaining others. The room was well appointed and clean. I recommend Fairfield Inn and will stay again when I’m in the area.

It's the only place we stay when we go to Ponca City and we travel to Ponca City often all the staff is amazing has always been and have never had an issue they have definitely gone above and beyond for us

Tried to extend 4 days and was told there would be a modification fee. So I just stayed the one night, checked out and went elsewhere

I absolutely loved the customer service. The ladies were so nice and the room service was excellent. I feel like your breakfast could improve. One thing I was not expecting was the pool to be closed.

The staff was amazing the property was clean and kept up and we will definitely be staying again
