Great hotel, super friendly staff, great breakfast, clean rooms and convenient location.

The hotel is good overall, and offers free airport pick-up service. The hotel's restaurant is also good. I bought a full meal package on Ctrip, but I don't know what went wrong. The hotel said that it was only breakfast after multiple confirmations. Finally, Ctrip came up with a plan to reimburse my dining expenses in the hotel. In fact, the reimbursement was very convenient. I gave the consumption voucher to Ctrip and it was immediately credited to my account.

The location of the hotel is great ,very close to the center and the korniche, all the rooms have views to the sea, the room service time of response is excellent, the housekeeping personnel are one of the most honest individual , the breakfast is a very pleasant experience with fresh pastry and excellent coffee and fresh fruits with customized orders if you want from the chef, the hospitality personnel is very professional from the front desk to the waiters and chefs. Would definitely advise Marriot residence inn to anyone. Excellent building architecture.

Hotel its amazing and amazing service. Allaa and Michelle welcome us every morning in the restaurant with a smile and positive energy. Love to come here every morning. All recommendations!!!

Overall staff are very impressive. The restaurant staff, the hotel services are ,the way they deal their guests is so much respectfull. I like the food they cook very well, after all the food is so yummy. 😋 the hospitality,The communication level is awesome. Imran (shef) is a sweet guy . I had the opportunity to experience what I considered the best in small hotel hospitality! My stay was short but the Staff and from Management to Security personnel made it a point to make all guest feel they were special! From a handshake on entering to the cheerful smiles of the Desk Clerks the experience was of the caliper of any larger Hotel with the Family touch of a Bed and Breakfast. The Marriott Residence Inn Kuwait left nothing on the table when it came to assisting the Guest to being as comfortable as possible with your stay in Kuwait. To the faces that made my stay enjoyable; Ms. Subba, Ms. Nidhi, Mr. Rashid, James, Mr. Mahish, and my Security Staff-A Team. Thank you all for making this trip the best and will hopefully spend many more trips in your hotel in the near future!

My experience at this hotel is amazing. Everything was well attended to. The housekeeping service was very good - they attended to every request of ours. The breakfast service at Blendz was outstanding! The servers were very polite and helpful- always smiling, polite and quick. Chef Ali and his team were amazing! Food was great and abundant. Chefs were ready to customize the dishes according to our requirements. Guest service and reception staff are always welcoming and friendly. Kudos to all at Residence Inn for making our stay memorable.

Excellent Customer service. For the first time as a 30-year Marriott member, the general manager came to say hi...what an honor!! Great room with a nice view. The best breakfast in a residence inn in 30 years...spectacular...I wish the USA franchise owners could see that. The Residence Inn breakfast in the USA is a shame. awful.

I enjoyed my one night stay. The hotel isn’t fancy, but the staff are excellent and made my stay great. It was clear they truly care about the guests and that they are having a great stay. Breakfast in the restaurant was good. Wait staff were excellent! Hotel offers an airport shuttle, which I wasn’t expecting since the airport is 20 min away. Wish I had known about it before my stay, but was very helpful in getting back to the airport! Overall I’d recommend for Marriott loyalists (good elite recognition), business visits or leisure travelers.

If one thing I would really appreciate during any stay would be the way how the staff of the hotel greet and welcome us. I was amazed by the stuff amazing customer experience honestly it is amazing. Starting from the receptionist Nedhi to the security person at the entrance. The fact that you get your tea prepared before even you ask for it, that was a plus for Michelle. Good team good stay.

I must thank you and all the team at Marriott Residence Inn for my comfortable short stay. Returning to Marriott is like returning to a second home for me as I am comfortable with the team and the setup (I really like the room side view of the football pitch on top of the opposite building). I want to provide a special recognition for Mounir (my Morocco friend) who helped me settle into the room by taking the weight off my shoulders on luggage allowing me to be at peace of mind for a relaxed short stay. I also wish to thank the evening shift team in guiding me to where the local convenience shops are (I went for an evening walk) and the morning shift team in booking transportation for me whether this was to Burj Alshaya or the Airport (a very smooth process). I also want to thank the breakfast restaurant team who made me feel like a prince serving my routine likes for breakfast. What a nice feeling that was. Finally I want to thank the Management Team in providing an incentive to register as a Member at Marriott Residence Inn (I did this with the help of Nita on the first evening) and in providing a special birthday cake in advance of my birthday - a very thoughtful and memorable appreciation for an important day given my hectic Business Travel commi**ents (my only regret was that I could not eat all of it given my tight check out commi**ent but I did take a photo - compliments to the Chef please!). The above demonstrates the family ethos the Marriott Residence Inn Team have with me and is the reason why I will continue to return as a guest. All the best.

People always say “you get what you paid for”. However, at Residence Inn Kuwait City, the said concept was thoroughly overturned. As a Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, I am proud to say that I got much more than what I paid for. The services on offer by the professional and dedicated team of associates were of a a top-notch quality well exceeding my expectation of a typical three-star property. I was taken very care of throughout my stay. First of all, I very much appreciate their offer of complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off services which made my arrival experience the smoothest and most hassle-free ever. Upon entry into the hotel lobby I received an overwhelmingly warm welcome from the Front Office team who were well noted of my room preference and amenities requests which I communicated to them by email in advance of my arrival. I also spoke to them about my preference for staying in a room with the unobstructed view of the Kuwait Towers, and they were extremely kind to have blocked a few rooms and let me decide which one to stay after the room tours. I was so grateful to their help, without which I could never be able to make gorgeous captures of the sunrise iconic to Kuwait. My corner room was nicely prepared with all the requested amenities set up, and without any families with kids staying nearby for the sake of quiet ambience. All associates of the Front Office team whom I met with throughout my stay are super friendly, hospitable and welcoming. Their passion about servicing as well as commi**ent to service excellence are so unbeatable that I could hardly ever find a team of a comparable quality in any other Marriott properties. They tried their u**ost efforts on seeking whatever ways they could to create a flawless and seamless experience for me from checkin all the way through checkout. As I was given to understand from Ayoub, the Hotel Operations Manager, the team at Residence Inn Kuwait City has been taking pride in offering some sorts of personalisation in hospitality such that guests would arrive with surprises, stay at ease and check out with all memorable moments taken back home. As such, I wish to send across my conpliments to a number of Front Office and Guest Experience team members (including but not limited to Neeta, Nidhi, Ruman, Mounir, Diana, Ahtisham etc.) in recognition of their dedication and hard work which not just live up to but also surpass the conventional Marriott standard. I am more than happy to give them high commendations which they all truly deserve!

The hotel has no swimming pool and there was a dead crock-coach on the floor when I arrived. It doesn’t reflect the Marriot brand.

No review just plainly bad, rooms are soooooo small cafeterias closes early and no coffee shops, the photos in the Aplication is nothing like the real thing, ones you see in person it’s smaller than expected.
