The hotel is directly opposite Kyoto Station, making its location incredibly convenient for getting to various attractions. There are also large shopping malls nearby, such as Avata and Aeon Shopping Mall, with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Kyoto.

Not bad, but cleaning was very average. Also in Trip.com it's written that guest rooms are located starting from floor 4, while i got a room on the 3rd floor. And in the description it's written "city view", while in fact it's a view into the inner technical yard.

Just opposite of kyoto station (hajicho west exit) making it such a convenience choice for our transit. the front desk speak good english, and you can grab all the amenities from front desk. they provide pyjamas and such a cute slipper and toothbrush/paste for my kid. a very cute gesture from the hotel. theres also 7e just behind the hotel, the room size was okay, we able to open two luggage at the same times 🤣

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and its convenient location directly outside Kyoto Station is always my primary reason for choosing it. The South Exit of Kyoto Station is definitely more convenient than the North. Given that Kyoto is a city where space is at a premium and rooms book up quickly, it's always wise to reserve early. As before, I opted for a twin room.

Located right in front of Kyoto Station and 7-11 is just behind the hotel. Check in will only be acceptable at 2 PM, but you can leave your luggage with them. Amenities are provided near the check in counter, including teas etc. i’m not sure whether this building considered new or not, but the wall in my bed room has marks (i’m not sure what that was). Room size was enough for me as a solo traveler. Overall everything’s good 👍

It's just steps from Kyoto Station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the furniture showed signs of heavy use and could do with an update. A solid choice for budget travellers who want convenience without breaking the bank. I'd recommend it if location is your priority.

We are a family of 3 staying in Kyoto for 3 nights 4 days. The hotel is just next to the Kyoto Station. Super convenient for those who wants to take the Shinkansen and trains. We were allowed to leave our bags near the counter before checking in as we arrived earlier than the check-in time. Room was pretty small making it difficult for us to lay our big luggage. Cleaning service is at specific days and not everyday. The hotel is very near to a shopping mall and DonQuijote for those last minute shopping of souveniers. The hotel has a smoking area overlooking the Kyoto Station at the 3rd level (which is the same level as the check in counter). The smoking area closes at 1am. It has a vending machine. Another drink vending machine can be found at 2nd level beside the laundry room. The 7-11 is behind the hotel within 2 minutes walk. Overall, it is a very convenient hotel to stay in.
