Been staying here for 20 years on and off. Tried all the others and we always come back here! Fantastic food and service. Nice clean rooms. Great Swimming Pool. Always a fantastic stay! I would not go anywhere else now in Empuria or Roses for that matter!

The hotel is not located close to the beach, however it is an eight minute drive by car which is not bad. The staff are really friendly, the continental breakfast was very good. Nice and clean swimming pool. Free parking next to the hotel was a plus. The rooms were clean but a bit outdated and could benefit from redecorating, it didn’t however bother us much. Overall we have really enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival, the view of the swimming pool is magnificent. A beautiful space, but above all very well maintained. The welcome is warm in Spanish and French (and surely other languages). Simple but clean rooms with a large bathroom and a small terrace, convenient for drying swimsuits. Breakfast: sweet and savory buffet varied enough to indulge yourself. The outside setting is not perfect because the hotel is in a ZAC but at least there is not too much noise around. Cons: The walls are not very soundproof. So it all depends on how good your neighbors are. The hotel restaurant helps out if you can't go out, but the service is laborious. However the food is good.

We already had the car loaded the day before when they call us at 9:30 at night to tell us that, according to them, we had canceled the reservation and they were going to charge us the night penalty. When we tell them that this is not true and that we are going to go the next day as we had confirmed by email, they inform us that they no longer have free rooms and invite us to go to a lower category than the one we had reserved (without balcony and knowing that we have a large dog). They give us no other solution than to say: we are very sorry. This caused us to cancel reservations in restaurants and in different activities that we had already planned because no other accommodation could be found in less than 12 hours. Obviously, they have already been denounced. Avoid this hotel as its lack of professionalism will never allow you to be sure if you will have a room when you arrive.

I had some doubts about this hotel when booking but, I must say, all in all it was not bad. Reception: kind and helpful; Rooms: a little small but comfortable and clean; Common spaces: large even if, for me who have vision problems, poorly lit; Swimming pool: large with ample space for sunbathing; Breakfast: not used. It is worth the price paid even if in Cataluña the prices, in general, for the same classification, are higher.

Hôtel très propre, piscine sympa, personnel très agréable, petit déjeuner buffet . Malgré une chambre sur rue, c est très calme . Aérodrome à proximité mais pas gênés par le bruit . Parking gratuit et fermé. A environ 2km du centre ville , à pieds sans problème.
