We hit the mark by choosing La Spezia to visit the 5 lands. The structure is right in the center and Beatrice hits the mark with her availability. The advice booklet with useful information for your stay is greatly appreciated. La Spezia was a pleasant surprise and like everyone who knows Liguria, we know that the historic center has structural defects that the manager of a B&B tries to remedy as best as possible, as in this case: clean room, basic bathroom, shabby furnishings chic, picnic basket with personal crockery for use in the shared kitchen. Fridge always full, vast assortment, with a shelf dedicated to each of the rooms. The packaged products are a guarantee of hygiene. The walls of memories are a gem: you can leave your mark on the entrance walls. I will keep excellent memories of the stay, recommended for those who know how to go beyond appearances.

Very nice, simple structure. We had a double room with bathroom; clean and well furnished. Breakfast is do-it-yourself...there is a kitchen available to prepare various things. The owner was very kind and helpful. Pros: central area, strategic position for getting around Cons: the bathroom only had a small flaw with a bad smell.
