Dont get me wrong the hotel was nice and if the plug ins actually worked in my room to charge my phone i would have been happy. Their pool is absolutely dirty. I won’t be staying here again!

Very nice hotel. Great breakfast selection and conveniently located.

Everything about this property was great aside for the temperature in the room. No matter how low we set the thermostat, it would kick off and not get any cooler.

The hotel was fine and good location to meet our needs (centrally located to get to both the Cajundome and the airport easily). Big complaint however about check-in. Room was not ready when we arrived 30 minutes after check-in time and this appeared to be the case for several people checking in. They had a wait list for rooms and I was #13 on the list. They couldn’t tell me how long the wait would be. After driving in and hoping to relax before our event this was frustrating. About an hour later they called that the room was ready and asked if we were checking in. I told them we had gone out to eat because the room wasn’t ready. They didn’t know how to respond and just hung up. I travel quite frequently and this was a first to not have enough rooms ready for check-in time. Just beware.

This Hampton Inn is rated adequate. Check in was poor. No rooms available at check in time which resulted in 25 people waiting in the lounge for their names to be called for a room. I always stay at Hampton Inn when traveling but will be looking for an alternative next time we’re in town for a concert.

Liked the breakfast and staff courtesy. Somehow got put in a suite room. Didn't care for the mod chrome and formica furniture or general bare look.

Very uncomfortable bed. An average hotel. A lot of staff standing around not doing anything.

This booking was last minute for a family death and it was perfect. The staff was super nice. The room was spacious and clean. The BREAKFAST what a way to start the day!!

2nd time to stay here and we'll be back. Easy check in, great location, lots of restaurants close by

My family & I stayed two nights here & it was a really good experience overall. Everyone was polite and nice from the desk staff to the housekeepers. The rooms were comfortable and had a fresh smell. The beds were very comfortable as well. My children enjoyed the added feature of the nightlight in the bathroom & I loved the fact that the door slid open between the bathroom and closet to allow that light to come into the sleeping area. I hate the feeling of a super dark hotel room & this made the room feel super comfortable. The continental breakfast selection was superb & the eating area was super clean! There was an issue with our toilet and maintenance was sent quickly. The issue was fixed quickly as well. Extra towels were also requested & came quickly. The downsides for me are as follows: no microwave in our room & the bathroom floor was sticky and possibly dirty (since my feet showed signs of it when I stepped into the shower). However, I appreciated the refrigerator in the room. Overall, it was a great experience & we will be back if we’re in the area again.

Was not able to check in due to their system being down. Had to make other arrangements. Will be refunded in 7-10 business days.

Handle was broken on sliding door. Doorstops did not keep handle from banging into frame of bathroom door.

Very bright, clean and spacious public spaces. Staff has been very friendly.

Very nice hotel, good location, clean. The rooms could be updated a little bit honestly overall it was great.
