Very dirty! It’s seems that towel did not was washed, a lot of brown color on them, bath is also not was clean enough.

Very nice place like their snacks and their service is good. Will come here again. Beds are comfy too!

So, I travel a lot and I make sure to do a lot of research on the hotel before I book. This place is a gem in the rough! This place is updated, super clean, the front desk lady was amazing! She is super nice and friendly! Free parking! One downside is it doesn’t include breakfast, but honestly for this price and what your receiving is so nice. I’m definitely going to be staying here again in the future!

The hotel is very good. The day before yesterday was very nice. The only thing is that this business trip lasted for half a month. Almost all hotels do not provide active house keeping service

It was average. The first room smells bad, like urine or something. But is probably because this is a pet friendly hotel. The second we moved to was okay. but in the bathroom smells not clean, at all. I was not happy, but it was my mistake. I should have go to my normal hotels I know they will be good, like Marriott/courtyard chain hotels

We were not satisfied with our stay. The room did not have a microwave and was super cramped. The room keys did not work and we had to get it switched multiple times. When asked for help, the front desk supervisor, Evelyn, gave us so much attitude and kept saying the key should work. After getting her upstairs to tested it out and realizing it did not work, she finally decided to help us. It was definitely inconvenient having to go down 5 levels multiple times just get the keys fixed and access our rooms. Requesting for basic amenities, such as more towels and Kleenex, was another hassle. It would take us having to call a couple of times and waiting a long time to get the things we needed. We are not staying here again and would not recommend.

The linens were old and stained. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the sofa bed was terrible to sleep on.

Sonesta Select Laguna Hills charges a surprise hidden fee of $10 /day for Parking. This is despite being a suburban hotel with plenty of unsecured spaces available. BAD POLICY!
