The location is very convenient n amenities were befitting that of a business hotel. That said the fact that only 1-2 lifts(mostly 1 while we were there) works and it takes an average of 7mins for it to arrive each time we used it(off peak n breakfast hours) leaves a lot to be desited(although the floor manager we ran into acknowledges it's an issue they have been trying to resolve).

The room faces south to the street, but the windows are soundproofed and not noisy at night. It is recommended to put a simple silencer on the door of each room, and the sound of closing the door is a bit loud. Living on the 11th floor corridor is a bit smelly, it is recommended to verify and confirm whether it is the residual smell on the carpet or the smell of the sewer.
