Good service and good housekeeping

The room is large, very clean, with good air quality, quiet and comfortable, suitable for business trips. Away from the downtown area, there is a McDonald's and a supermarket one kilometer away, which is generally good.

Awesome suite! Was pleasantly surprised that my 2 bedroom suite is actually 2 1-bedroom suites with a joining hallway. Was not expecting each to have its own kitchen, living room, and giant bathroom. Super clean. Looks newly renovated. Well stocked kitchen in terms of plates, utensils and appliances (blender, toaster, dishwasher, garbage disposal). Nice, spacious bathroom. Washers/dryer is an awesome benefit.

This is a timeshare/hotel that is part of the Silverton ******, but it is not attached. It is very quiet and clean. The pool is heated and the jacuzzi is massive. They also have a nice workout room. The ****** is a short walk across the driveway, maybe 50ft. The ****** has enough dining options to satisfy most tastes. We will definitely be staying there again.

Loved the room and all the space it had. Exceeded our expectations. Was clean. Close to dining and Target. Only downside is that it only had two elevators working out of three. So trying to go downstairs took a long time when trying to check out. It only has two options of stairs on each side of the building.

I would've given this a 5 star but elevators weren't working and we had to take stairs or wait 20 min. Literally. Also water didnt heat up when taking showers until our last night. Other than that this was a great hotel.

Great location right in front of a ****** with plenty to do and eat. Full kitchen is excellent for families. Very spacious and clean. Friendly and helpful staff

Excellent stay, suite with kitchen and living room. The towel has been used with too much bleach and has a strong smell. Additionally, the quilt is not breathable and is very uncomfortable to use. Everything else is very good.

The property is okay. A little hard to find as I don’t see anywhere that I’m supposed to be looking for a building marked as the Silverton. The facility is a little dated but is comparable to the Grand view terrace, which I do like to stay at. On the second night of my stay I noticed and smashed a roach in my bathroom. I notified the staff who was completely unapologetic about the situation and very nonchalant about my issue. There was no management on site and the agent simply told me to email some random address posted in the back of her computer monitor. I showed her pictures and tried to show her the actual pest and all she repeated is that she didn’t want to see it. Lucky for them I’m not the type to stand in the lobby and show incoming tenants the facility has roaches. Really disappointed in the end of my trip.

If you check in as an *******, customer be prepared to be treated like a Third World citizen, as they do not even treat you with any respect and look down on you for even showing up with a ******* reservation. I will no longer will no longer be wasting money at this place.

Very nice suite for our 4 day stay. Semi-dated units, but still very clean and comfortable with the exception of the sofa sleeper bed. Grown son slept in this awful bed, very old thin matress that needs replacing, could feel the bars beneath the matress and suffered from very poor sleep. The bed needs refreshing and updating with a better firmer newer matress.

When you show up they make it very clear that this is a timeshare not hotel so don’t expect to get everything you would be accustomed to. Start off by signing enough paperwork that is seems like you’re applying for a mortgage loan. Then when you need a luggage cart, well you need to give them your state I.D in exchange. No thank you, I’ve had people lose it in similar circumstances. I had a long stay so I was very surprised they didn’t hold a room in a high floor. I received a low floor and when I asked about changing they refused due to being “busy”. Again why wasn’t this pre-assigned. So I had a great view of the parking garage the entire stay. The only channel I wanted to watch on the tvs did not work. Everything else was fine and accurate but no Comedy Central (56) in that hotel apparently. Instead it was playing another HBO. You have to wash your own bath towels. They don’t provide extras. I found that rather annoying. I wasn’t in the mood for doing chores. Maid cleaning service is not provided until you check out but I was fine with that, others might not like this. If you are on the taller side 5’10” and above don’t stay there. You will hit your head with the shower head. They are that low. I hit my hand on that thing multiple times. Gym needs to be updated. Everything looks old. And it’s open from 5am-10pm. Not sure why it’s not an all day gym, it’s Vegas! Friendly security staff. Not sure I would stay here again unfortunately unless I had no other choice.
