The customer service was mediocre at best. The staff wasn’t very friendly and seemed to be very disorganized and confused just about every time we were in the lobby. The room itself wasn’t bad. The bed is comfortable enough but the pillows are strangely small, like half the size of a normal pillow and if you call and ask for extra they claim not to have any (?). The bathroom is nice and clean, with good amenities but the water pressure is almost non existent so it will take you an extra 5-10 minutes to get the shampoo out of your hair.

Café da manhã basico, com cafe, suco, waffle e pão. Atendimento na recepção deixa a desejar sem nenhuma gentileza no atendimento, cheguei mais cedo um pouco e mesmo sem acesso ao quarto não pude deixar a mala
