it was a nice stay! it is only 13 mins away from the sawgrass mall and the bb&t theater. this hotel is also decently priced and the rooms were not bad at all.

Staff was extremely rude to my wife at check in. Bathroom tub was dirty and there was no shampoo - I’m glad we brought our own because I’m sure the front desk woman wouldn’t have cared . Very unhappy with how we were treated my wife called a week ago and was told it was a double bed but upon getting here it was a king and pull out couch. Asked if we could switch and were told no because we walked in the room . The pull out bed was very uncomfortable for our kids as well. We will not stay at a hotel like this again ! 250.00 bucks for crap !

The location was great close to many shops and Sawgrass Mall Staff service was great and the buffet breakfast

Didn’t like being awake at 7 am after a late check-in, for an apparent leak from the floors above. There is no floor above we are the floor above! And there was no sign of leak!

The room size was adequate and appeared clean on check-in. However, for the entire 4 night duration no maid or room cleaning service was performed. I had to seek out house keeping myself to get fresh towels and toilet paper. No trash pick-up was performed. This is an unacceptable policy.

Hotel in poor overall repair. Under construction but room really bad. Floor was dirty. Room set up terribly with crowded bedroom and oversized bathroom. Tv did not work. Very dirty throughout. Friendly staff looks like they are trying to make the most of it. Price point did not match conditions

I really need to leave a review about my disappointment with this booking. This property should not be available for bookings. It needs to close for major renovations to be done and customers should be inforned before booking that the property is under renovations. The property is dusty and the scent from the joint compound they are replastering the wall is very unpleasant. Because of this I had suffered with by sinus my entire stay. The staff's response to concerns is nonchalant and prescripted. In addition, I discovered on my last restless night that my room had a family of roaches.

We checked in to the property and was doubled charged resulting in a 4 day hold on my card. We never received maid services throughout our 3 night stay. The front desk staff was not very professional having their personal calls on speaker phone while serving us. There was one lady who recommended a nice lounge to us as we were celebrating a birthday. The room needed maintenance desperately and the noise from the highway made it really hard to have a sound nights rest. Not to mention the phone rang every hour between 1am and 5am. I literally had to unplug it. I’m happy to see renovations happening at your property it’s definitely needed.

This seemed like an old property, with banged up doors, cracks in the walls, and it had a bad painting job. There was a dead gecko under our fold out bed, and hair in the bathrooms. The room was nice and big, and the linens were clean.

Asked for service as the poster policy stated but did not receive the requested towels or cleaning. Spoke to hospitality which stated they did not speak English but when addressed in Spanish, the hospitality staff then spoke English but request of towels and pool towels was not corrected. Room was not smoking room but had a mixed chemical type smell in it when first checking in. One person servicing complementary breakfast (she was hard working) but many people were there Saturday morning. Very roomy suite for 5 guests that was not an issue

Good place to stay. Breakfast was good - egg omelets, sausage, cereal, muffins, yogurt and more. Hallway rug needs to be replaced or deeply cleaned. Weather was too. Weather was cool and rainy so we didn’t get to use the pool or tub unfortunately. Shampoo was empty when we went to use it! No microwave in the room. No spare roll of toilet paper. Minor inconvenience but factored into my rating.

The front desk clerk was not friendly. Could be due to being tired but just looked unfriendly and only spoke when had to. Room waa very plain. Not in the best of areas.

hotel needs upgrading, literally watched elevator not sense someone and almost crust them between the door. Options for breakfast was not good. Front desk staff not professional, however it's a 1 star so expected. Had to book last minute and this was all that was available short notice

Attend a wedding 5 minutes away. We decided it would be convenient for us. But the smell as you walk into the room was just awful. Like mold or wet smell. Quick to leave after 2-3 hours and out $200. I choose the Comfort Hotel because the photos look as a good hotel. Not happy.
