I did not like anything. Dirty facility, almost nothing worked in my room, iron, entire toilet moving, stain everywhere….a disaster! I dont plan to ever stay there again. I will also tell to my colleagues to never stay in this hotel. Front desk guy, (i arrived at 5pm ish) he does not care and not willing to help!

Dirty is an understatement. My sink was clogged so I called the desk attendant. He pulled out so much gunk out of the sink while I watched. The whole room smelled. The bathroom had either dried urine or feces in and around the toilet. And the whole variety was moist. I was told because I booked through a third party that I couldn’t change my room or get a refund or anything. Never again!

Not so much the property; although it felt very safe, it was clean & convenient.
The reason I loved my stay so much was the friendliness & caring of the employees.
Shout out for “Cliff” who manned the front desk. Hampton Inn is very lucky to have this employee. He made our stay so enjoyable. Friendly, helpful, engaging… I felt like we were best friends when I left. Such an asset to your establishment.

The sheets were wrinkled and not clean. The toilet wobbled back and forth, there was a large hand print on the mirror and the carpet had a penetrating musty smell that was hard to endure.
Staff was very friendly but the hotel was not clean and the carpet needs to be urgently changed out.

We booked for one night which was great. We were able to get a room. We decided to stay another night, and booked a room with **********. Only to be told they had no rooms upon arrival. Then I get and email that the hotel agreed to give all money back. Well ********** charged us anyways for the second night. Hoping we can get all of the money back which according to the email I received we should.

Carpet needs to be upgrade as well as the toilet seats and bath tub also the pool looks terrible
