We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the event that we attended. Hotel staffs were very courteous. We checked in and did not check the bathroom facilities. We went out for the event and back at midnight. When I took a shower I realized the top shower did not work and i hated to call the servicemen to fix it, so i showered from the lower faucet like a kampung boy, so did my wife. The next morning it was fixed. The bathroom did not have proper venting system so the sweaty shirt we hung and the toilet smells very obvious and last longer. Breakfast was average. The swimming pool was dissapointing since the smokers can smoke in the facility and also people without proper swimming cloth can wear so in the swimming pool. You know singlet like the one in the attached photo can bring lot of diseases to other swimmers. Hopefully you can fix this.

I pick Beehive as my accommodation at Bandung because of good reviews from others and unique concept that they have. But, actually most of the reviews were 1-2 years ago. The hotel have spacious room, lot of photos spot and comfy surrounding. Bathroom big enough compared to same class hotel and they have rain shower with good water pressure. And then i start to found things. Bathroom cleanliness was disappointing. Many dirty spots at wall, water stain at glass partition not cleaned (shower box), closet clearly not clean enough and bad odor came from closet+water drain. Room cleanliness still ok, but clearly hotel's staff need to do better. Dirty wall here and there. Bed sheets and blankets need more attention. Breakfast very standard (buffet style) and if you bring your own car, parking will be problem during peak hours of 2 restaurants there or if they have function. Hotel location at residential area, but very close to major road at Bandung and university. In conclusion, the hotel need to improve their cleaning process, because for customer its very important.

What‘s so good about this hotel? It is cheap, clean and the great location. Across the hotel you will find club, if you like it. It is homy and the staff are very nice. Its located near ITB and Simpang Dago. So, it is very recommended if you have things to do there.

I was in Bandung for a trail marathon and wanted a hotel closer to the run start venue. The pictures listed for the property were different than the actual rooms and also the general layout in the hotel lobby. A few things that were good: 1. The location is close to the ir. Juanda park and was generally easy to get Grab and other vehicles to go to places, 2. Our room was very good size and we had ample bottled water in the room, And now the bad!! 1. The staff were mostly not able to communicate in English, 2. The front desk staff had no idea on where to go eat or shop, or ... Generally not helpful at all except one front desk person who did help us. 3. The front desk were generally not interested in helping you or doing much. On one occasion it was raining and we asked if the hotel had any umbrellas, the receptionist had to go out and check and came back very quickly saying nothing was available. So we had to wait it out and then later when someone else was there I asked the same thing. This person did actually go out and look and after a couple of minutes came back and had an umbrella for us. He was consistently helpful on a couple of other occasions, an exception to the rule. So you should forget it if you are looking to get some advise from the front desk/ receptionist in this hotel. The breakfast could also be better with more choices, although they did have the basics. All in all, I am still undecided if I use this hotel again next year.
