HhohotimVery satisfied with everything, the best is the customer service, always answer all questions.
Buy an oxygen tube for RMB 10/piece, and you can arrange an oxygen machine at the lobby bar to provide free oxygen.
There were sanitary defects, cigarette butts were found, we don't smoke as a family, but it was acceptable, the sprinkler pipe leaked, and the water pressure increased after cleaning.
Everything was cured by the warm customer service.

Was welcomed with traditional ******* decor with efficient and pleasant service from all hotel staff. The room is big, clean and equipped with a humidifier, oxygen concentrator and a Dyson hairdryer.
The breakfast buffet was pleasant with a small-sized a la carte dish for all guests to order from a menu. Food was decent with a mix of western, Chinese and Tibetian options

The functional hot tea in the lobby is very considerate and the experience is very comfortable. Parking is convenient. If you drive here, it is recommended to stay here. The cost performance is very high. I stayed for four consecutive days. The reception was warm and the service was thoughtful, especially Meimei Duojie. GGuest UserHygiene: Very average. There are watermelon seeds on the floor of the room. There are blood stains on the bedsheets. The waiter changed them. There are hairs on the electronic scale in the bathroom.
Service: There is basically no service.
Breakfast is even worse. It is very messy. There are greasy things on the floor. There is basically nothing when I go there at 9 o'clock.
Facilities: There is an oxygen concentrator in the room. The sound is not very loud. The room is not very big but relatively quiet.
After staying for one night, I went to stay at St. Regis. I personally feel that you can stay for one night when you come to Lhasa. This one is relatively cheap among several 5-star hotels. Maybe it's just my personal experience that is very average^_^

XXiaoyuebanjianghuI rarely write reviews, but I feel I must write one this time. Gesanghua Hotel has a beautiful and kind proprietress. She is quite young, thoughtful, warm and patient. We just arrived in Lhasa and were not very familiar with the itinerary. Later, we consulted the proprietress to avoid falling into the trap. You can also ask the proprietress to help buy performance tickets and travel packages. There are many discounts after comparison. I am also very satisfied with the arranged room. It is square, clean, with a humidifier, oxygen concentrator, and air conditioner. Every morning, the bright sunshine will shine into the room, making the cool morning warm all of a sudden. Living in a sunny room makes my altitude sickness much better.
The location of the hotel is also very good👍 It is convenient to go out for transportation. It takes a few minutes to walk to Jokhang City, Barkhor Street, and Jokhang Temple. It only takes 10 yuan to take Didi to the Potala Palace.
Warm service, clean room, convenient transportation, we will definitely stay in Gesanghua again next time.

HHaikuotiankongdedaxiaojieI renewed my reservation twice, which means I stayed in Saikang for all the seven days in Lhasa. The location is very good, right in the middle of the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Ramoche Temple, and Barkhor Street. These attractions can be reached on foot. There is a People's Hospital behind it, so it is convenient to see a doctor in case of severe altitude sickness. The hotel's service, room facilities, and buffet breakfast are all quite good. There is diffuse oxygen supply, which is much better than the oxygen concentrator. There is also a humidifier. The service and buffet breakfast are all good.
The only thing to mention is that I don't know if it is the cleaning staff's lounge or warehouse opposite our door. On the last night, the intermittent talking, answering the phone, and walking in and out were a bit noisy, and I couldn't fall asleep very late. I hope you can pay more attention.
The service staff are usually very hard-working and have a good attitude, so it is still a five-star praise.

There is a washing machine in the store to wash clothes by yourself, and there is also a drying machine on it. Long-distance travel is very good. Especially to see the Wencheng Princess performance, this location is particularly good, after 11 o'clock to see the performance, it takes less than five minutes to walk home.
