民宿很新、整栋大楼都刚建妥还在裝潢中
设施：尚可接受、但洗臉枱的排水排放慢到懷疑人生
卫生：住一天尚可、若住多日就要三思了、因为沒人会来打扫
环境：因整栋大楼沒人住、所以很安靜

地理位置很好，離在海一方公園走路五分鐘，去連島也方便，離墟溝一站地。門口有BRT站去各個景點也方便。
房間整潔乾淨，空間大，各種電器設施應有盡有。窗外美景盡收眼底。
最值得一提的是房主熱情好客，服務周到，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。推薦大家入住。

算是旅途中中轉的一站，連雲港第一次來，之前看了很多酒店都評價一般，所以索性找個民宿住住。房間很大，是公寓改的民宿，有一些不足，比如燈光略簡陋昏暗，空調出風口對着床頭，開了睡覺嫌冷，關上又嫌熱；本來打五分是有點勉強的，但是老闆的態度很真誠，有什麼就説什麼，最後去連島玩了一圈，退房延遲了，老闆雖然為難但也是儘量溝通，滿足我們一些需求，我覺得這種協調性是很難得的，希望民宿今後把一些硬件完善好，能越做越好吧！這個城市也是，還有很大的發展空間，希望以後大家都越來越好！

房間佈置很温馨，民宿周邊的環境真的非常好，樓下就是海邊，拉開窗簾就能看到海，超開心，附近就有很多美食，房東還特意發了旅行攻略，提醒當地氣候，真的是超級貼心了，這樣的旅行體驗感真棒~吃當地的美食、有一個好的房東還有一個超級温馨的小屋子，體驗感真的超棒的。

第一次帶狗狗（哈士奇）外出旅遊，心中忐忑。找到這家寵物友好的長頸鹿民宿，老闆人超級客氣，友好。我們還沒出行，老闆就把旅遊路線建議發給我了，如何吃海鮮不踩坑各種建議，感覺很温暖。驚喜一；
無接觸進入民宿中，進門就大大驚喜，房間和照片展示的一模一樣，整潔，乾淨，玩偶擺放整齊，女兒進入房間，心情超級開心。驚喜二；
根據住宿協議，我們需要另加50元寵物進入清潔費。我們退房後，房東檢查後覺得房屋衞生比較清潔，竟然把這次費用退給我們了，驚喜三。
非常非常好的一次旅行住宿體驗。這次時間緊張，下次再來連雲港，不會猶豫，還選長頸鹿民宿！！！
