Hotel Astromare

I must strongly warn anyone considering staying at this hotel to look elsewhere. We had a really unpleasant experience there, largely due to how the staff and the manager behaved. The worst part occurred when our car was damaged in the hotel parking lot. The front desk staff informed us that such incidents are common, which raised serious concerns about the hotel's quality. Adding to our frustration, the manager promised that the hotel's insurance would cover the damage, but they never followed through. Despite our repeated efforts to address this issue, we were completely ignored. Experiencing such poor service and being misled by the hotel staff left me very angry and disappointed. It seems that the management doesn't prioritize honesty with their guests, which is unacceptable. If you want to avoid the risk of having your car damaged, I would strongly advise staying away from this hotel. Their lack of honesty and professionalism is evident, and no one should have to endure what we did. __________________________________ Devo assolutamente avvertire chiunque stia considerando di soggiornare in questo hotel di cercare un altro posto. Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza davvero spiacevole lì, in gran parte a causa del comportamento del personale e del manager. La parte peggiore è avvenuta quando la nostra auto è stata danneggiata nel parcheggio dell'hotel. Il personale alla reception ci ha informato che tali incidenti sono comuni, sollevando serie preoccupazioni sulla qualità dell'hotel. Ad aumentare la nostra frustrazione, il manager ha promesso che l'assicurazione dell'hotel avrebbe coperto il danno, ma non hanno mai mantenuto la promessa. Nonostante i nostri ripetuti tentativi di risolvere il problema, siamo stati completamente ignorati. Avere un servizio così scadente e essere ingannati dal personale dell'hotel mi ha lasciato molto arrabbiato e deluso. Sembra che la direzione non dia priorità all'onestà nei confronti dei loro ospiti, il che è inaccettabile. Se volete evitare il rischio di danneggiare la vostra auto, vi consiglio vivamente di evitare questo hotel. La loro mancanza di onestà e professionalità è evidente, e nessuno dovrebbe dover sopportare quello che abbiamo passato noi.
