本人以前就是做星級酒店管理的，臨沂出差基本都住這家酒店。地理位置優越，出行方便，酒店停車場很大很方便停車。對前台服務人員蔡文澤提出表揚，服務熱情，工作認真負責，態度非常好。

意外的收穫，本來訂的不是海天酒店，開車路過的時候就在這裏停下來了，前台小妹可愛又熱情，當即就決定住下來了，那個小妹妹叫房賢惠，一路很照顧的介紹酒店情況，我們退房的時候還送我們礦泉水紙巾，貼心啊！停車也免費。真不錯，還會介紹朋友來玩。
