Perfect location, no shortage of restaurants steps away. Step out & turn to the right, you go to the shopping district with regular brands like Zara & United Color of Benetton, go to your left & Gucci, Prada & LV are all across the streets. Near metro stations too. The room was spacious, clean & had everything for a comfortable stay, like fridge, mini bar, complimentary water bottle, hair dryer, conditioning shampoo, lotion, shower gel, soaps, tea bags & instant coffee + electric kettle, etc. The beds aren’t the most comfortable & the views except the 5th floor aren’t anything special. We stayed for 4 nights & asked for a higher floor facing the city but it didn’t became available. The staff were nice & the staff breakfast is good value but not to have it every day of your stay as you can find plenty of options in the city to try.

A very nice trip to Lisbon, and what a great weather compared to the Jan / Feb Helsinki weather of cold and snow ☀️. A very nice hotel in an absolutely perfect location! Thank you ☀️

Breakfast included was very good. Lots of options. Staff front desk very accommodating. 1.5 miles from port. 2 blocks from Hard Rock, shopping and restaurants. Trolley subway stop - 1 block.

Room 304’s bathroom is smaller than a cruise ship’s. The window was looking out to a concrete wall. This place is very dingy and dark with terrible customer service.

Property was clean and close to the main tourist area. Air conditioning in rooms was not working and made our stay really uncomfortable. Rooms needs instructions on how to set the thermostats. Check in process needs to be improved.

Pleasant staff, good room with air con, good variety at breakfast, ideal location. Our room at the back was a reasonable distance from the opposite building. Some construction works nearby that meant limited access for taxis.

i did not like bc my comforter and bed sheet were dirty and when I asked to changed it.. was left without the comforter and could not sleep bc of the clold and air conditioning.. the next day, I asked for same but was told they will check with the staff and that was it and the phone was disconnected at the hotel.. would not recommend

Great location tucked away from busy streets. Comfortable room. Near subway line and walkable to most sights in central Lisbon. Breakfast pricy but good spread.

Staff was really friendly and helpful which enhanced my experience. Air conditioner did not work well, so room was really hot and made it difficult to sleep. Not sure if was isolated to my room or throughout the hotel.
