Reviews of Torel Palace Lisbon

If creaky floors and doors bother you, then this might not be your place. The hotel truly has all the charm of an old establishment 🤗, and the view is magnificent. The service and kindness of the staff lived up to expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide selection, perfect for fueling up before tackling Lisbon's many hills and stairs. My only minor regret was the pools; they weren't heated, so they were quite cool at this time of year, which is acceptable, but the filtration could have been running to ensure cleaner water. Overall, an excellent choice for travelers seeking authenticity.

Staff is very professional and it's a wonderful property for you to spend some time here specially if you are couple.

Exceptional place. A paradise in Lisbon. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, the walls were very moldy and musty, the windows and roofs leaked, and while the staff tried very hard at the time, some were very incompetent. Definitely not recommended.

The mountain scenery is unbeatable, the service is friendly, and the location is excellent.
