This is a very special hotel in a beautiful location with beautiful rooms, most with great views, and excellent service. Loved everything about it and recommend it in the strongest terms for leisure travelers.

We stayed at 2 different properties during our time in Lisbon but we should have just stayed here the entire time! The other hotel was nothing in comparison! The property, staff, amenities are all top notch here- 10

Beautiful property in an amazing location. The views from the balcony are stunning, the people are so friendly, and delicious food. Very comfortable beds, nice shower.

We had a great stay in the penthouse two bedroom two bath. Perfect for our family. beautiful view of the city. It was an easy walk or tram ride down into the old part of town. Breakfast everyday at the hotel was amazing.

We had an absolutely beautiful stay at Torel Palace. The staff were wonderful and our room was incredible. We couldn't have been happier and cannot wait to come back

Staff was friendly and extremely helpful , very knowledgeable about Lisbon dining and touring opportunities. Beautiful rooms in remodeled mansions at the top of a hill overlooking Lisbon. Nearby funicular. Beautiful and delicious breakfast buffet. Dining opportunity at hotel and new bar. Great ambiance. Highly recommend.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice view from the hotel. Dinner at 2Monkeys is amazing. Breakfast has a variety of selections and my husband really like the jam.

Wow, from start to finish this hotel has got it right. We stayed in the apartment with our 11 year anniversary of son who enjoyed the stay equally. The hot tub was a great addition!
Both restaurants especially two monkeys were excellent! The staff were incredible, knew their stuff and super welcoming! The hotel is a beautiful property and we all agreed we haven’t been anywhere like it- fantastic value! We will be back! Thank you

We travel quite a bit and we can’t think of anything that was wrong with this hotel. The staff, the grounds, and the room all exceeded expectations. My husband is obsessed with the bath products. This will be our new go-to hotel in Lisbon. We can’t wait to see the new entrance when it’s complete.

Beautiful boutique hotel! Very clean and comfortable. Convenient location. Staff went above and beyond. Very attentive. Breakfast was very yummy with tons of options. Loved loved loved this place!

This is an absolute gem in Lisbon.
The hotel is beautiful. A collection of charming, rustic buildings, but with all the modern comforts and amenities. The location is incredible, with stunning views of Lisbon and yet close enough to easily get around. The pool was the perfect oasis of calm to visit after of a busy day of sight-seeing and all of the staff were very attentive. I also recommend visiting 2monkeys if you get the chance for an amazing dining experience.
