This place was nice, unfortunately we had to bail out the second day because they didn’t have any water and next day they didn’t have hot water. We didn’t have a good experience at all

The worst Intercontinental I have ever stayed at. The hotel staff were inflexible and unwilling to assist at all with any of our requests even though we had just travelled 20+ hours and had 2 young children with us (early check-in, use of facilities to shower / brush teeth while we waited for our room to be ready at 3pm or change of check out dates even though we received verbal agreement from the first desk and also our travel agent). All front of house staff were unfriendly and unhelpful - no smiles, no one asking if we need assistance with cars or luggage. The room itself was fine besides the shards of broken glass on the carpet, but housekeeping came right away and took care of it. The lifts also take a very long time. Will definitely NOT be staying at this hotel again for our next trip to Lisbon.

Overall is very good. Only has bad experience for the reception staff service.

Not a good experience because of the old facilities. And for tourists, this location is far from the check points, you need grab a taxi to anywhere

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful. Big rooms that were spotless! Would definitely recommend and would stay again

The team is really rude!

It is very convenient to travel. The overall hotels in Lisbon are relatively old, but the price is relatively cheap. The room is relatively large and you won't feel crowded, but the breakfast is relatively simple and has fewer categories.

Facilities: old Hygiene: OK Environment: no swimming pool, gym is in the basement, 3 cars can't park in front of the gate, Service: very average, only a three-star hotel in China

The location is good, the environment is nice, but it is too old. The towels and bath towels are particularly old.

The location is very good, next to the Ritz Hotel and facing Kings Park. The rooms are newly renovated and cost-effective. It is more suitable for family travel.

The room is quite spacious. Good service. The location is very convenient. You can go down the hill to Liberty Avenue and go up the hill to overlook the whole city. The restaurant AKAL is also very good.
