Went to the reception at around 3ish am and she gave me an oxygen canister. Which helped a little bit. I also booked a more expensive room to get a more spacious room and better view. Unfortunately I had the worst view of all!. It was my only window facing a rooftop with all the cables and metals. The following day my guide called the manager at least 3x to speak to him and share the concerns but the manager didn't answer and never returned the call. Thus us another IHG terrible experience with hitel manager! No personal interaction with customers for feedback. Litang itself is a wonderful.and very special place. We loved it there.
