We booked a room right before arriving. We were able to check in immediately. To be honest, the room had everything we needed: a warm shower, a kettle for tea, a radiator. The only "issue" is that one of the two beds was unmade and the shower seemed like it had just been used. No real problem for us as we only needed one bed, but it was definitely was a bit weird.

The lift was out of function, the heated bed was broken down on purpose (plugs were cut through), there was no hot water and the person at the service desk wouldn’t wake up from his hibernation to help us on several occasions. Furthermore Litang was very cosy

Good location just few minutes walking away from the ancient town and near restaurants. Good service. Clean. Big room. No restaurant but there are many places to eat just next door. Parking available.

Great hotel extremely close to the downtown. The hotel staff speaks a bit of English and in general very helpful. Really liked this place
Before going to Litang try to spend few days in Kangding to get used to the altitude. Litang is at 4000 meters so many people feel bad.

The wifi doesn't work well. The electric blanket is not warm at all. The water pressure in the shower is weak. The only advantage is that foreigners can stay here.
