So impressed with these accommodations! Beautiful room, great pillows , which are super important to me. Clean and fully equipped.

Nice clean hotel. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Very convenient to the Presidential Library.

It’s right off the highway so it’s loud. Construction in the parking lot and there was no parking. But it was clean.

The new deco and updating is beautiful.Al5hought construction was still happening outside it is going to be great once completed.Staff was very nice and knowledgeable.Loved the shuttle to and from arena.Orlando desk clerk was super!

Went to check in at 3 because that is what my email said and when I got there was told my room wasn't ready and he didn't know when it would be. I left called an hour later to see if room was ready and was told again that it wasn't. A lady got on the phone and walked to the room and it was ready all along the housekeeper had not marked the room done 😡 wasted my time and gas waiting for this room that was done all along.

Great location, safe garage parking, good breakfast. Try the nescafe coffee machine!

Very polite and accommodating staff

I had prepaid for breakfast, but they insisted that I did not, this is the second time they do this, after a few minutes they found where I had, but the next day they charge my credit card. Will not stay there again.

The staff is wonderful- especially those in the restaurant. The hotel had an issue with the water, but the restaurant staff made it right. They were very kind and generous.

The room was perfect and service was great. And they had a free shuttle that made getting around very convenient. Our shuttle driver Darren was amazing. He even stayed late after his shift so that he could pick us up after our concert was over.

Very good! The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly! We had a shuttle bus to take and pick us up. Definitely 5 stars I would stay again!!
