Where do I even start with this hotel , first of all don't book into this hotel before May as there is nothing open for kids no kids clubs no water slides nothing and only one pool was open which is in the shade for the entire day, you have to pay for everything, to park in the hotel carpark it's €20 a day there is a safe in the room but you have to pay for the lock , the balcony door was busted and didn't close properly or lock at all so we complained and they did nothing my husband had to fix it himself so it was safe at tonight and when we were out, we came back to our hotel room on a few occasions to our door wide open ,nothing was ever missing but someone was obviously in there . The hotel staff weren't very helpful at all the restaurant staff were OK the food was OK, the hotel booked in bus loads of secondary school students and they were absolutely feral up all night kicking doors of other people rooms and piling stuff outside your door, we complained of course but again got nowhere. The walls and doors are wafer thin and can hear everything . This couldn't be further from a family hotel if it tried , other guests that we met were having the same problems and judging by the reviews many more have in the past , ( the only reason we book into this hotel was because our original booking closed days before we were due to fly so this was a panic booking) We will never be back to this hotel . It was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in,certainly not a four star hotel , two star maybe .

The last time I visited was 2015, so I was already anticipating a cheap and cheerful "you get what you pay for" hotel. The room was nice, simple, basic and had everything I needed. I wasn't too impressed with the food - don't get me wrong, there was a few choices at every meal, always fresh fruit available, but compared to other places, I've visited, it was just kind of disappointing. I'm not a huge fan of most foreign destinations' ability to do a "full english" - I don't like the sausages or bacon, but that isn't a criticism of this hotel, I have found it the same in most places. The desserts were bland and boring as well. I am not a fussy eater though, so did find something I wanted at every meal. I was surprised at how quiet the pool area was, and there were very few children here despite it still being UK half term. Generally the hotel was quiet except the restaurant which seemed to be constantly busy. There weren't many UK tourists, most seemed to be French. I found other guests at the hotel (and when out and about) to be arrogant and rude with no regard for anyone else. How people can just stand blocking the only doorway to a shop stopping anyone else entering or leaving and being totally oblivious about it is beyond me. The noise at night was tolerable for me, maybe not for those with young children. The walls were paper thin though. The area itself is lovely, the odd pushy man (not discriminating, but it was always a man) outside the shops encouraging you to go in the shop or buy something. I would recommend it here, I would probably hate it in the height of summer now my children are older, but it was a nice place to stay

This actually our first day and I can already time it’s gonna be a nightmare of a hotel. All water park are closed you have to pay for everything. Please don’t book this as your holiday you will regret it. I have never done a review before but I’m doing this to stop anyone from going through what my son and I went through

What an awful experience! I booked for a 7 night stay but left after 4 nights I booked a flight back home . Myself my partner and two children come to have a nice hotel and it’s been far my worst experience ever! When I looked on there website it didn’t even come up in English so I couldn’t understand anything that was on the website. There is no water in the pools. When booked we was told the water slides would be in use but unfortunately we was lied to and can not use them, there is no children’s entertainment at all, food buffet isn’t until 7.30 in the evening and with two children this is far to late and definitely do not cater for children when it comes to the food buffet!, the drinks in the evening they don’t even have the orange squash machine on so only had a choice of fizzy or water! No coffee or juice machine! I was sat for three days in the hotel room with my children very bored, we was put on a 5th floor “family room” apparently! The balcony felt unsafe the floor ties moved! I definitely didn’t have my children out on there! The doors and windows didn’t lock at all so I had to put chairs to block the back door as I didn’t feel safe! The hairdryer is so old and it got so hot the plastic burnt my hand! There isn’t anything onsite at all for my children to do so after spending and saving a lot of money for our family holiday this has become a nightmare to the point I have now had to pay more money to go home earlier as I just couldn’t stand being here anymore it’s been such a disappointing experience for myself and my children! I would never come back again after this experience. Dust around the bathtub. Just an awful and expensive experience that left myself and my children in tears! The only joy I had was knowing I was going home early!

I have visited this resort with my one and half year old son (travel cot was already waiting in the room), with my friend and her two daughters (3, 5). We went at the end of September/start October when the top kids pool had limited opening time :( we have got a room on the first floor close by lifts (next to cleaning room). The room was ok, however some updates and mainly repairs would be nice- such as handles on wardrobe being broken or bed slates on etc. It was advertised as family friendly, however staff has not been very friendly towards to kids - on the bar, entertainment. However, in the restaurant they have been super helpful. Entertainment was not very good and we have been very confused about entertainment for kids (lots of kids have been with adults in the main building and no entertainment for them whatsoever). Pools water was a bit cold as shade was on them most of the day, but the main downside were the stairs to them … everywhere were steep stairs :( Bar staff next to pool were sometimes a bit rude and rather served paying customers (even when we paid it in our all inclusive package). Overall stay was ok, but i would definitely NOT going to return there. Good thing was the location as it was near by bus station, so we went to Barcelona for a day trip which was so easy (better than airport transfer- if i would return, i would rather to use public transport if i go there again as the bus is going to the airport and journey takes half of the time than transfers paid prior the holidays). Another disappointment- beaches nearby. It was not sand, but gravel, so beach toys has not been used and water shoes are definitely necessary and even then it is not great.

This was the worst hotel I have ever come across. Your not intitled to all inclusive until 3pm!! We arrived at 11am and wasn't even allowed a drink. So many kids arriving crying because they was hungry and thirsty but they are not allowed anything. When we finally got cards for all inclusive it was such a hassle to get a drink we didn't bother much and brought our own for the room. You have to give cards to the bar staff and you get cups which you have to use the whole day then you get cards back which you need to get into the restaurant. There is not alcohol served in the restaurants at all and dinner isn't served until 7.30pm!! Far too late for our family. Only 1 bar open and 1 restaurant in October half term. Advertised 4 bars and 4 restaurants but this wasn't the case, when a 2nd restaurant was open for 2 days it was for French guest only, English wasn't allowed entry!! NO KIDS ENTERTAINMENT AT ALL. Even though this was advised around the reception and lifts it actually wasn't on. No mini disco on the 3 days as advised by the posters. Was very disappointed. Our room needed alot of repairs which is in the pictures below to show the real truth of what the rooms actually looked like. The hotel rate them self as a 4 start and jet2 said 3 star but I would say 1 star. Worst holiday I had ever been on and ended up spending 600 to be away from the hotel.

Honestly review. Family of 5. Two adults and 3 children, We booked this as a last minute get away to chase the last of the sun. After reading the reviews we were thinking oh god this is going to be horrible! Hotel rooms were clean, basic but we didn’t need anything else as we were out all day anyway. Pools were cold in October but all open and as long as the sun was out kids loved it. Splash park was open 10.30-2.30 and kids loved it. Food - food was limited and very basic. We always found something to eat but I can’t say I really enjoyed any of it. Breakfast was ok. Limited choices for vegetarians. Snacks - one snack bar was open where we could get waffles, cheese and ham toasties, slush, crisps, hot dogs. These were all ok and filled a whole for the kids. We went out a few times. Tandoori round the corner was unreal and beach restaurants were lovely too. Local area - Shops and restaurants everywhere and beach front 5 min walk which had more shops and restaurants. Always something to do. Beach was beautiful. We walked the whole stretch of the beach in both directions and there are two castles either side. Views from both are amazing and it’s honestly such a beautiful area, I would go back in a heart beat. They have observation points also and where you can see panoramic views of the area. Overall I’d go again, I’d prob choose a different hotel based on the food alone really.
