It was nice neighborhood to stay and reception / service was really nice. They have all kinds of rooms from ground floor and it was cozy. Definitely want to comeback later!

Our stay at The Premier Notting Hill was excellent! We were in London on the backend of a three week European vacation and were quite worn down. They were able to upgrade our room free of charge to something more spacious and homey and help us relax a bit more to help make it through those final few days before heading back home! The staff was excellent, very attentive and helpful with all of our questions and needs. We will definitely items be staying here again when we come back to London in the future!

This is the second time I've stayed here and now I've found it I will return when I'm here on business. It's a five minute walk from Bayswater tube station and very convenient whether you're just on a quick visit or taking time to see the sights of the Capital. The rooms are compact and in need of some updating, but they are clean. The beds are extremely comfortable which is what everyone is looking for in a hotel right! Tea, coffee and water are provided and the breakfast, particularly the eggs is very good. There is a great range of choice and good value for money. The staff are excellent, friendly and always willing to help. If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel, with great access to London, look no further.

Lovely staff, rooms are small but thats normal for London , easy walk to Bayswater tube , pretty much everything you need .

The stay was pleasant. The hotel staff kept in contact prior to, and after the stay. They were facilitating. The check-in was quick, smooth and easy, as was the check out. As we were just there for a night and were going out and about, we didn't ask for and interact much. The room was small but well decorated and was still equipped with essentials (TV, hairdryer, safe, tea/coffee making facility and complementary water bottles). Bed was comfy, toilets were decent and well equipped too - just the showers need looking into. Another plus was that our bedroom on 4th floor had a window and decent front view. Some reviews about windowless rooms had me confirmed. Overall, the hotel is good and conveniently located 7 mins walk from Bayswater with Notting Hill Gate and Queensway stations also nearby, as well as shops and eatries. The room size may not be an issue for 1-2 people who dont carry much. It wasn't for us, as we just stayed a night. I had forgotten my bag with passports and am very grateful to housekeeping who found it and those who then contacted to tell me about it. It was waiting at the reception. Hats off to the staff who showed concern.

The Premier Inn in Notting Hill is a pleasant quiet place with wonderfully helpful staff. The neighborhood is multi-national and has a great feel to it. The hotel is an easy walk to the Circle Line (Bayswater) or Central (Queensway) lines. Getting into and out of the city is quick and easy.

Great hotel. We are learning that basically every hotel in the UK is small. This room was small but very clean and in a good, walkable neighborhood in Notting Hill.

Great location Great and friendly personeel Clean rooms reasonable breakfast Rooms size not designed to stay in room but sleep Beds queen size Id give the hotel 3 stars in stead of 4 based on my experience as a well travelled person Also recommend providing towels and shampoo constantly instead of decreasing the normal with the days of staying. Donno if this was a mistake happening constantly of to decrease costs? Which is often happening nowadays in hotels. Doesn’t feel fair as the full room charge has been paid upfront. All with all positive

I was in a single room which was extremely cozy, but nice. A little confusing to navigate the chopped up hallways and floor plans.

We had a room whitout light at the -1 level... but it was very clean...and the staff was very kind.

Our room turned out to be in the basement......it was tiny and claustrophobic!

First time staying at a Premier Hotel & would recommend to a friend. As I only booked a single room, it was adequate for a single night but if staying longer would prefer a larger room.
