Stayed in room 416 got woke up by the pipe making loud humming noise from someone using tap or shower , at first i thought it was an alarm it was that loud

A good hotel located in a good locatioon for my trip. I walked to the hotel from Waterloo station which was nice and easy. The check in process was nice and easy and my room was really great - a good view of the Shard, nice and clean and a good, powerful shower. Check out at midday is also a plus, and all included for a competitive price in central London.

I didn’t want an interconnecting room but I was allocated one and as it was late when I checked in there was no alternative. Sadly there was quite a lot of noise from the connecting room. I wouldn’t stay in a room like this again. Otherwise standard premier inn fare albeit at a high price.

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice before. This time we had problems as the bathroom had been updated. Hot and cold water supply problems (pipes connected the wrong way round) and hot water cutting out. Also hairdryer on a very short wire and with a faulty switch

We always have a great night's sleep in this very well located hotel. The staff are available, competent and friendly and the breakfasts are filling and prepare you for the day. the only thing missing in the room is a small fridge.

Lovely Premier PLUS rooms; had to extend plans in London for the marathon and so just 1 night stay before next hotel ; lovely plus rooms: decor great, pukka tea ; mini fridge ; green and black mini choc; nice cups and glasses and lovely and quiet. Handy to have Sainsbury’s express and Tesco express 4 steps away. Win win. Also Wagamama 3 mins on foot!!!

The location of this premier inn is great - literally opposite Tate Modern, next to Tesco express for snacks and anything else you fancy. The rooms are spacious and clean - bathroom a little tired but nothing too bad. We didn’t eat there - 10 mins from Borough market so we went there instead. Lots of nice restaurants around plus Southbank. Didn’t seem particularly busy despite being in Easter holidays. Quiet surroundings but safe. Only issue is the price - for a no frills hotel, I think it should be cheaper. That said, London is London.
