設施：標間衹有一個牀頭櫃有充電插座，設計不合理！空調很吵，下半夜聽空調噪音！
衞生：初進房間感覺整體衞生好，無異味，仔細一看，沙發有長髮未清掃。
環境：説是 1 樓有酒吧，房間朝向不錯，浴室水壓很足，但 19 樓也震得厲害，上半夜聽酒吧彭迪噪音！在微醺的狀態還是能聽見空調噪音，酒吧噪音。
服務：客房送物快，前台入住快。自己下快遞單，有幫寄送，很是感激。些許不足是發現問題後。還是聽酒店告知發生的問題原因，沒有其他解決的實際措施！

因退房時間與酒店前台溝通，前台服務呆板僵硬，經理始終未出麪；臨近街道，有點吵；電梯一台能用，入住20層以上，上下不方便。服務體驗最差的綿江門店。最終由攜程協調處理解決，攜程～旅者最好的管家，攜程👍👍。

縣城這個價格虛高。本以為可以有不錯的服務，結果前台服務質量真一般。經歷如下：退房時間為12點，我11點半下樓，然而發現東西落下了回去取，結果房卡打不開門；前台充磁後我去嘗試，結果是打不開房門；再一次去前台充磁，還是無果，同時我也有要求客房開門，客房也沒等來；第三次去前台充磁、充磁還是開不了門，好在等來了客房。 20多樓，折騰三次，這樣的體驗感極極差勁。
