這裏的環境也挺好，視野很好，房間很大，寬敞明亮，但是過年期間來，温泉水竟然要從下午5點才開始，沒有任何通知，加了個替代前台的微信，問了半天從5點到幾點都沒有回覆！好吧，第二天繼續問也不回覆，打電話攜程提供的電話，才説下午5點到晚上10點。怪不得第二天一早起床想着希望再泡一次温泉，就沒有水了，這點真的差到了極點！洗手間的花灑水壓非常低，忽然冷水忽然很燙的水，這冬天這樣的情況簡直酸爽了，所以真的不建議節假日來！！！

很小給差評，今次真的極差。第一天入住發現無網絡，兩點反映五點後先處理，晚上跳閘，漆黑一片，等師傅處理，結果大廳的燈不亮，房間的衞生間燈也不亮，無奈要換房，這樣折騰了一段時間，九點多温泉池居然停水，算了早睡早起，留待第二天再浸，結果第二天還是無水，而且微信，語音一直無回覆。入住這樣的公寓，真是要慎重考慮。花錢花時間來體驗問題。

還不錯。温泉在房間，自家人泡比較方便。出小區就有幾家味道不錯的店，食材新鮮。附近有燒雞，竹筒飯。就是春節人挺多的

入住時差不多4點，還沒開始搞衞生，體驗不是很好，半夜被蚊子🦟咬醒，洗漱用品催了幾次才拿來😓

這兩月裏第三次來南崑山的温泉酒店，這次心情是不太舒暢的，倒不是因為酒店或服務不滿意。令人懊惱的是附近的那個酒吧 凌晨兩點還在轟隆隆的，躺在床上震的頭昏腦脹的感覺。唉！唉！

私湯泡着很舒服，自己帶了浴鹽，下次香薰和香檳也可以帶上，邊泡邊看電影，後面沒有樓，非常私密，床睡着也舒服，非常的解壓，周圍吃東西也方便

辦理入住很方便快捷，無須按金, 一層有18户，套間在兩個方向的盡頭，幸好提早叫客服安排同一層，否則電梯好慢，高峯時間要等15分鐘多。
樓下有個小型的溜娃活動場所，室內結構還算不錯，兩個房間都配備了洗手間，大陽台很適合一大家子聚在一起聊天泡腳。
就是泳道有點窄，水有點臟，回來洗澡發現皮膚跟指甲都有淺綠色的物體，第二晚不敢遊了。晚上就繞着別墅區散步還是挺舒服的。
附近一家喜客飯店出品不錯，性價比比較高，反而另外一間某團評分好高，但味道一般的花悦農莊就好一般。
臨走時還去了附近的萬洞古村，地方不大，有點像杭州的三潭影月。繞着湖走一圈，是散步，溜娃，拍照的好地方。

房間衛生不到位，床上都是上手的頭髮，令人作嘔，浴室窗係透明玻璃，洗澡時對面樓可看穿，要自己用毛巾封一下，才能使用，原全沒有服務可言，房間無暖氣，氣溫低，想要多一張被，都要自己去別的房間取，沖涼房水壓不足，洗澡時冷得要死，那些好評不知從那來的，伏了。
