Was amazing viewing but the pools area was under construction really bad only the hot top working but the guest only can be there for 15 minutes. What a bummer I understand that the pool crack and they need to fixed but seriously close the outside areas then we have access to the tinajas hot tub but the noise the dust was awful.

The room is really nice looking despite the rust stain on the mirror that looked like blood and it kinda freaked us out. The shower head holder was also broken. The view from the balcony and the outdoor hot tubs is definitely the best part of the hotel. The hot tubs weren’t even hot. The food tasted absolutely horrible at every restaurant and the service from the staff was just ok, and only 2 or 3 of them spoke English. There was no availability for massages when we were there even though the hotel didn’t seem that busy. I would definitely not stay here again.

When arriving to the hotel we had to wait for an hour in a line in front of the hotel to do our check-in. The service was very unfriendly and I wanted to pay with debit card but apparently that was impossible for them. We ended up paying with the Chilean credit card of my boyfriend, including taxes we should not have to pay since I'm not a Chilean resident and I made the booking. In our room was a beautiful bathtub that we couldn't use because the plug was missing. We called the servicedesk to ask them to bring the plug, but they never did. Also we had a sofa in our room which was full of white stains, clearly not cleaned. Then there was the breakfast, which was a disaster. They didn't have enough tables. When we got a table we had to wait 40 minutes for somebody to give us a drink. I was expecting a breakfast buffet, but probably due to COVID-19 it changed (at least that's understandable). We received tasteless scrambled eggs and avocado in tiny portions, we couldn't choose the flavour of yoghurt or the kind of breads. Also, we received only one juice and coffee. Nobody came to give us a refill and no option for cappuccino or whatsoever. All in all we had a terrible experience that wasn't even worth 2 stars. With exception of the room, everything was disappointing.

Worst hotel we stayed in Chile. Huge lack of maintenance and poor reception at reception. We arrived at 2 p.m. and the hotel was almost empty, but they wouldn't give us a room until 4 p.m. and on 3 occasions they told us to go to the ****** while waiting.
